Good and courteous service. Clean restaurant with many tables available for patrons that eat onsite. Greasy food. The taste of the burgers did not convey freshness. The french fries were crispy an good. The taste of soft drinks is not per standard for fast food joints. Parking available on a private lot surrounding the restaurant. Restaurant located on ground floor easily accessible for patrons with reduced mobility.

This location is dirty! There were maybe 3 or 4 workers (including what seemed to be the manager but she was in regular clothes and not a uniform so just assuming.) No one greeted me when I came in, even though I said hello to the younger worker, who was on her phone and looked up for a mere 1 second. Workers looked miserable and even as if they didn't like each other. There wasn't much talk amongst them. The manager seemed miserable to be there too. Not 1 smile from anyone. The place had a weird old smell to it but I just figured it needed to be updated. But I was wrong. We had already ordered the food when my husband took our son to the bathroom to wash their hands. He came out 2 seconds later saying it was disgusting and that he didn't even want to wash his hands in that bathroom. We were on a road trip and decided on this Hardee's as it wasn't too far off the highway. Should have DEFINITELY went to the Burger King that was right up the road. This place definitely needs an intervention!

Not clean. The whole place smells of the filthy rug in front of the drink machine. Cold burger. Staff standing around looking absolutely bored when the whole place could use a hose down. Blech! Mark that one off our travel stops. ?

In the mornings I LOVE this Hardee's. I made the mistake of coming this afternoon & the manager wouldn't even help the employees with a coupon that I was given at a local Hardee's. I walked out mad but it WAS NOT because of the boy that was training the new girl & I weren't mad at the new girl. The manager could've at least heard what issue they were having.
I left & came to the one on Roberts Ave & they instantly got the coupon to work with no issue. Hardees has always had sketchy management (some management NOT all) but at least pick someone that's gonna try to help your employees. Them two were trying & were so polite just to have to work with a manager that doesn't even want to be bothered.
My advice: If you come here, come in the morning only.
