There were two heavy set ladies at the front counter. The black lady (no name tag) was very friendly and welcoming, and the white lady with a blue ponytail (name badge flipped) was unhappy, ignored me, and was critical of a new kitchen employee, talking about him, while I was standing there. He had apparently just started last Tuesday. The glass doors and windows were full of smudges. The bathroom (with a sign to ask for a key) was not dirty. There were no clean tables, all...

Good and courteous service.
Clean restaurant with many tables available for patrons that eat onsite.
Greasy food. The taste of the burgers did not convey freshness.
The french fries were crispy an good.
The taste of soft drinks is not per standard for fast food joints.
Parking available on a private lot surrounding the restaurant.
Restaurant located on ground floor easily accessible for patrons with reduced mobility.

When traveling, there is nothing like having a steak egg and cheese biscuit first thing in the morning with strawberry jelly and a Medium coke and this Hardee's provided it with great staff personality and my military discount, thanks for making my travel morning, we will return.
