I had a great meal. My waitress Tyrian was excellent! She was friendly, respectful, and very thorough. She made sure everything was cooked exactly like I wanted it. The other waitresses weren’t so happy. I know it’s Christmas and most people would rather be home but they had no personality. Not even a smile!! Thank God I had a great wales or odd probably not be back.

Brandon, my waiter, was very outstanding, friendly, easy going, got the order right went over it twice though, I'm sure to be assured he had it correct but nevertheless, spectacular. Food was amazing. Hot and delicious. Seems they are slow due to the construction work beside them though. If I ever happened to be around this area, I would be coming here first.
My husband and I travel between NC and SC at least twice a month and typically make one stop to eat. We stopped at the Lumberton ihop for the first time despite my concern about some of the negative Google reviews. I love breakfast for any meal, so I figured we would go ahead and try this location. Overall, we had a great meal with great service from Yamile. She was very attentive and pleasant. The food was quick to arrive and very fresh and tasty. Even the restroom was spotless clean. We will certainly stop at this ihop location again.

I’ve never experienced such terrible service at a restaurant before. My party and I sat down at a table and waited patiently for over an hour, only to be completely ignored. Despite being seated before other customers, they were served first. Not once did anyone come by to check on us, and we had to flag down someone just to ask for water and coffee. Even that took several requests.
The worst part? They didn’t even have any cutlery! Apparently, they were “washing them” for over an hour — seriously? After waiting so long and receiving nothing, we decided to leave. We left hungry, frustrated, and disappointed.
If you value your time and want to actually get food, I highly recommend going anywhere else. Never going back!

Brandon, our server messed up everyones order. Gave me 1 pancake out of 3. My friend 2 pancakes out of 4. My friends boyfriend wanted a junior meal but got a regular. He ended up coming back after we complain about the lack of pancakes, he gave me 1 pancake, so 2 pancakes in total. He gave my friend the reset of their pancakes though. In the end we were also rung up wrong. He also made a few passes at my friend, who is a minor, in front of their partner.
