I LIVE 20 MILES AWAY AND ONCE AGAIN I FAILED TO CHECK MY ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. AT HOME I FIND THE ORDER HAS BEEN MISTAKEN. NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPEN TO ME AT THIS KFC. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND AGAIN WAS IGNORED BY MANAGEMENT. IT WILL MOT HAPPEN AGAIN.

There have been multiple occasions of missing items. I did not receive my 3 pc chicken tender combo. How do you forget the main item? I'd be more understanding if it were just the fries. If you're thinking of getting KFC, PLEASE get it from across town at the other one.

Waited a year for them hot wings and potato wedges and I'm very disappointed wedges was mashed in the tray and the wings looks like they're cooked 2 hours ago maybe Robert's avenue will be better sure hope so

Tried pot pie to see if KFC using real chicken.. it is real chicken and quite delicious.. I also got the free ucket when you buy $15 in KFC APP.. It was a great deal.. Feeds alot of people.. TY KFC.. YALL HAVE DONE GREAT THE LAST 2 TIMES I VISITED.. I APPRECIATE YALL..

I on previous occasions, have went to the KFC on 2nd street in Lumberton to order a $7 fill up, Thighs meal only to be told that I can only get a thigh and a leg, where as the KFC on Roberts avenue in Lumberton will serve you the order you requested , I understand that a thigh and a leg are dark meat, and the customer should be able to get the order in which is requested that is classified to me as good customer service. Thank you.
They did their best with what they had. Can’t complain

Well I tried the new Chizza today which is a chicken breast fried crispy with pizza sauce mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on top I heard a lot of people didn't like it but for me it wasn't bad at all. You got to try it before you knock it. Go get you one and leave your review I would like to know your opinions.
