Well I tried the new Chizza today which is a chicken breast fried crispy with pizza sauce mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on top I heard a lot of people didn't like it but for me it wasn't bad at all. You got to try it before you knock it. Go get you one and leave your review I would like to know your opinions.

I ordered a two-piece meal and didn't get it I ordered a two-piece meal and didn't get it so I carried it back and told the manager and she didn't want to give me what I ordered I had to press with her for 10 minutes to to get what I ordered I asked for my money back or what I ordered and had the teller I would call the manager if she didn't give it to me or my money finally she gave me what I wanted worst experience I ever had I'm not going back you don't they don't listen to what you order

After driving home 25 miles away from KFC found order to be wrong. Completely not what I ordered. Also, food wasn't as tasteful as in the past at this site.

My experience at this KFC was terrible. We got a 12 piece chicken from there tonight and the chicken was soggy and not cooked all the way through. We called up there and let them know about our experience and we were asked to bring every single piece of chicken back with the receipt and they would switch it out. We didn’t care for the chicken anymore, we just wanted to let them know they need to start cooking their chicken all the way through. Customer service was terrible and food was absolutely terrible. 0/10.

The cashier's grab your cup after handling money with their bare hands grab a lid and stuff it inside the cup jab a straw into it in a COVID-19 chaotic spreading world, this violates health department pandemic safe handling procedures and must be addressed I paid today and grabbed my own cup the server snapped at me and said don't you be reaching across my counter even though the cup was closer to me than her and I didn't touch anything but my cup then she got my order wrong, corrected it then sat down to realize she hadn't offered me utensils Ticket #3905, cashier Wanda store # J970010 to top it off she was as rude to me as ever anyone been rude to me.I frequently dine in at this establishment and have always had the utmost respect for everyone working within and my food.

KFC chicken is a known good product. One way it can be messed up is poor service. We were only customers in the store. It seemed clean even though vMy wife ordered a two piece dinner with wing and breast pieces. She received drum stick and thigh instead. I ordered Spicey chicken sandwich. I watched as it was made. It appeared they didn't know how to masked it. They included only half a portion of fries. So if you like KFC chick n, you will like the chicken here but beware of the.

Would like to say first that the gentleman named Will that worked the register was very impressive with his work ethic. Myself being a supervisor saw some flaws with the lack of prepared chicken on a Thursday evening. A couple of the female staff seemed upset because I ordered 24 pieces of crispy chicken and they had only 6 pieces ready. They got upset that I said I would wait instead of accepting original chicken. Then when I looked to the back they were taking the chicken out of regular deep fryer instead of the pressure one. Only highlight was seeing a you g man named Will moving from station to station helping in every capacity.
