Went two weeks ago got a 12 piece. My whole order was messed up. I got one leg two wings and the rest were breast today I go to get the eight piece for $10. They have no Chicken down. I asked the manager who’s cooking and what’s going on he looking around like he don’t know what’s going on, it’s lunchtime Why no Chicken dropped. It was one of the best places I’ll get my chicken from now it’s becoming the worst. I say new management needed

I love KFC but I don't like rude employees. While on my visit to your restaurant JADYN made it very unpleasant. He was not pleasant at all. I'd asked for an extra biscuit and he did a facial gesture that I felt like I was getting on his nerves. I live closer to your store than the other one but I'll ride the extra mile to get better service. I'm really disappointed in the customer service.

According to my research, KFC deep fries its chicken for 15 minutes and then drains the oil off for another five minutes, totaling 20 minutes. Despite this, I found myself waiting for 30 minutes without receiving my order. There were three people ahead of me who had already been waiting for 15 minutes before my arrival.
It would greatly improve the customer experience if in-store orders were prepared simultaneously with drive-through orders. Waiting over 30 minutes for a simple 2-piece meal is simply unacceptable.

Either the cashier (doubtful) kept imputing wrong data or the packaging girl dont read instructions. 3 orders had to be corrected after the customers noticed something was missing. I ordered a wing and a breast (paid $ extra) and got a thigh and a leg. ????

I ordered a $5 drum and thigh meal which I asked if I could switch out the mash potatoes for slaw. I was told you could not do that but the other KFC locations you can. Is this from poor training or simply laziness.

It's KFC. This one has a solid drive-through. Had a difficult time placing an order. Window worker couldn't hear me and the order wasn't correct. Fixed at the window. The place is clean. Drive-through moves quickly.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been at this location. I was going to the one on 2nd. I wish I would have .The cashier tonight was Allana tonight in drive thru I’m not sure if it was the one in the black hoodie but she was fine I had no problem with her. It’s the other one that pop up to the window with the headset. I forgot to add on an order tonight. I telling her what I want to order she standing there with a dumb look on her face with an attitude. If you don’t want to work in fast foods find you something else to do. I was courteous to the rude nasty employee even telling her thank you she kept an attitude. I know not to come back there. I don’t care how the food taste if you encounter employees like that make you not want to go to this location. Several ppl said they don’t go to this location for what I experienced tonight Don’t worry I want be back

Recently was there. Got my food to go. I don't live close and had to drop off some of it somewhere else. Got home and realized they didn't give me my tenders. I never bothered to check throughly as they were throwing sauce in right before they handed me the bag. Even asked if I was the one who got tenders. So I have sent 2 messages 2 different ways. Over a week later and they still have yet to attempt to rectify the situation or even answer me back. For this 1 star

Ordered online at 4:57 pm. At 5:30 pm, I'm still waiting on chicken. Drive thru is steady moving, but I keep being told they have no extra crispy legs or thighs even though a steady stream of chicken is going out the drive thru window.. 5:40 pm and still waiting.
