Most of the time these people get your order right. Today while I was waiting in line to order I decided to order the chicken sandwich combo special advertised just before you pull up to the speaker. It plainly advertises $7.99. So I continue to order. I was told it would be $9.00 and some few cents. I said wait I ordered the special you have advertised and she stood me down that it was $8.49 because that is the menu price and price inside. Then another person said that it was and they might as well called me a liar. I think it’s rather deceptive and falsely advertised prices. I just canceled but was really perturbed at the time wasted in this line. Don’t know when I will be back. Do better KFC

Ordered a Pot Pie Meal, sign says 7.49, cash register charges 7.69. Asked for the manager, the lady I spoke with said she was the shift person and they haven't changed the price yet. She said she has gotten many complaints and the manager is off today. I suggested removing the huge sign with the price but she shrugged her shoulders. Customer service is lacking at this location. I understand it's only 20 cents, but people work hard for their money.

I dont like to complain, I understand things happen. But I placed an order 1 hour prior to pickup scheduled for 6:15pm. When I walked in it was the first they heard of the order. Put me at the back of the line of people in the lobby. Continued to serve drive through and I was the last person served. It was a 16 piece bucket and I watched 50-60 pieces of chicken leave during the 45 MINUTES I had to wait. Unacceptable in my opinion.

This is by far the WORST KFC ! All the employees ignore the customers & give them attitudes . I don’t understand It’s called fast food and I still wait 20 min for things that were preordered. There’s not communication and they need to be retrained or fired . If you don’t like your job QUIT !

Went two weeks ago got a 12 piece. My whole order was messed up. I got one leg two wings and the rest were breast today I go to get the eight piece for $10. They have no Chicken down. I asked the manager who’s cooking and what’s going on he looking around like he don’t know what’s going on, it’s lunchtime Why no Chicken dropped. It was one of the best places I’ll get my chicken from now it’s becoming the worst. I say new management needed

I love KFC but I don't like rude employees. While on my visit to your restaurant JADYN made it very unpleasant. He was not pleasant at all. I'd asked for an extra biscuit and he did a facial gesture that I felt like I was getting on his nerves. I live closer to your store than the other one but I'll ride the extra mile to get better service. I'm really disappointed in the customer service.

According to my research, KFC deep fries its chicken for 15 minutes and then drains the oil off for another five minutes, totaling 20 minutes. Despite this, I found myself waiting for 30 minutes without receiving my order. There were three people ahead of me who had already been waiting for 15 minutes before my arrival.
It would greatly improve the customer experience if in-store orders were prepared simultaneously with drive-through orders. Waiting over 30 minutes for a simple 2-piece meal is simply unacceptable.

Either the cashier (doubtful) kept imputing wrong data or the packaging girl dont read instructions. 3 orders had to be corrected after the customers noticed something was missing. I ordered a wing and a breast (paid $ extra) and got a thigh and a leg. ????
