This is the worst Little Caesers. Poor customer service, order is never right, long waiting time, no refunds through online ordering. Just overall disappointing. You choose to spend your hard earned money with this company and the staff looks at you like you did something wrong when they mess up your order. God forbid there is a manager on-site to talk to when there is a problem because they are non existing. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT HOT-N-READY PIZZA! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU THEY JUST CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY!

Came to this place ten minutes until nine and they locked the doors early. Looked at the girl and told her I couldn't go through the drive thru because my work van is too tall. She shrugged her shoulders and walked away.

I would like to give, a heartfelt thank you to Jasmine, the manager at Little Caesars, on Robert Ave, Lumberton NC. The DoorDash driver was running late to pick up the order and Jasmine was willing to drive the order that I have placed in her personal vehicle to the location so that the pizzas would not get cold I am very appreciate it ! that is what you call going over beyond the call of duty thank you
I have been there several times, it was the worst. The person there was so rude and very unfriendly. I asked for a sauce and she answered very rudely and making a disgusted face. I had previously seen that another person was given the container with sauce and they were not charged for it 🤷🏻♀️.

Would've gave a ZERO! I wanted to try their crazy puffs but all I got was crazy. Called 3 times before they answered. They were rude on the phone. Showed up 30 minutes before closing and they already locked the door and acted like I wasn't standing there knocking. I got back in my car, went to the drive thru and they wouldn't answer so I pulled up to the window and knocked on the glass and when they finally got off their phones to acknowledge me, they were rude with bad attitudes. The woman gives me my food without saying a word and slams the window shut. I get my crazy puffs and find out that they didn't give me any sauce. This establishment deserves to go out of business.

This pizza was minimalistic and no quality at all, especially with the pizza not being 5$ anymore this was bare minimum and I think they need to clean oven sheets for pizza because the entire bottom of pizza has burnt crust and dough from other pizzas.
