First time visitor. Saw they had philly cheese steak pizza puffs so being one of my favorites I had to try it.
Walked in and staff wasn't very welcoming. They were working but not responsive to customers. One lady walked in waiting on an order only to find out they gave her order to someone else and had to wait for them to remake it.
The pizza puff bread was very good for pizza crust but no Philly cheese steak flavor. First time I tried to order these (at a different location) they were out so I was really, really looking forward to these. Next time I'll just stick with my cheese pizza.

Cashier took my order almost immediately but then I had to pull forward and wait for it to be done which that took about 10ish mins which was fine 🙂 overall good service.

This is the worst lil ceaser in Lumberton. No one cares, even the managers my food be messed up everytime I come here. And when you say something they get mad and have a attitude. I was the second customer of the day. And they gave me food that was cook days before just heated up with cheese.

After waiting for an hour was informed some of what we ordered wasn't available, and on top of this order wasn't right, except for a couple things. We were refunded for our meal.
This is the worst Little Caesers. Poor customer service, order is never right, long waiting time, no refunds through online ordering. Just overall disappointing. You choose to spend your hard earned money with this company and the staff looks at you like you did something wrong when they mess up your order. God forbid there is a manager on-site to talk to when there is a problem because they are non existing. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT HOT-N-READY PIZZA! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU THEY JUST CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY!

Came to this place ten minutes until nine and they locked the doors early. Looked at the girl and told her I couldn't go through the drive thru because my work van is too tall. She shrugged her shoulders and walked away.

I came at 9:39pm to place an order on 2 cheese bread, it’s 10:15pm and i haven’t received my order yet. Waiting 35 minutes for my order is upsetting since it wasn’t busy.
