Food was microwaved and melted all over the wrap. Unacceptable presentation. No courtesy or greetings when it comes to service. They just push cars upfront to wait up for their food. This McDonald used to be an excellent highly recommended spot a year ago. Upper Management better fixed the underlying problems at this place.

I ordered a chicken wrap and fries. When I received my order, I checked the fries to see if they were hot. Not even close. I told the girl that I wanted hot fries and she acted like I was bothering her. Invariably at this particular McDonald's, I have to send the fries back. It is close to home, so that is why I go there.

Food cold as I waited for my food 10 minutes.. girl kept saying we are waiting on your apple pie.. I didn't order any.. manager finally got my food.. Why order in app if you got to wait forever anyway? McDonald's use to be good place to eat.. adios..

This is by far the worst McDonalds ever! The only thing correct today were the drinks! The person handing food was rude (most at this one is) and I’m tired of paying for food that I don’t get!

I don't recommend having lunch at this McDonald's, I ordered a cappuccino and waited for it for about 20 minutes, after that it turned out that it was a cappuccino on expired milk, I came up and asked to remake it, after I waited another 10 minutes and all for the sake of getting the same coffee on expired milk, after that the manager came up and only after that the manager cooked normal coffee, which had to wait another 10 minutes, I want to note that during the work the employees talked and laughed when they had a lot of orders
