I went through the drive through and the cashier couldn't get my card to run cause she was trying to take another order then when I drove up to get the food the girl didn't smile, or give me sauce for nuggets. I had to ask for that and my drinks.

Attempted to order and pay cash and was told I had to order on a kiosk....spent more time to argue with me then to take my order.im in a big truck so drive thru not accessible. Mgr super rude and condescending. Prices are already too high...time to just remove McDonald's from my family's choices. Enough is enough

I ordered a Big Breakfast with hotcakes and an ice caramel coffee. The ticket number was 1320. I got to the window and had to pull to a numbered spot because someone messed up, I’m guessing. I had been pleasant. I waited and she brought the food and was walking back. I thanked her and I can’t even say that she said you’re welcome. I said, “Oh, My drink.” She acknowledged without words and went back in. I know I’m not drinking it, not now, when it appeared that I pissed her off. She didn’t say thank you when she brought it to My car. I put it down and checked My breakfast. Wet. I don’t mean, steam wet, I mean wet. The hotcakes, eggs and sausage. If I done or said something, it would be on camera. I don’t want anyone messing with food I’ve got to eat, so no, I treat everyone with respect and she probably didn’t do anything to the food but it’s the perception of her actions from the start and I don’t know why. Just a bad day, not feeling well or someone might have said something out of the way to her. I don’t know. It was just a little lost time. Don’t care about the few dollars. The breakfast would have been better, but it wasn’t in the cards this morning. Have a good day.

I went through the drive through and the girl at the window who had the tongue rings wouldn’t look me in the eye and say hello. She just didn’t want to talk. When I asked for sweetener she acted like it was going to kill her to get it. What kind of manners are parents teaching their children……
This is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. How do you go through the process to train people and this is the result. Quality food should be serve with every sandwich. This sandwich was very old I did not eat it and of course it’s dark from just sitting and nobody ordered extra mayo NOBODY!! I wasted my money and I highly recommend not to get food at night because the workers don’t give 2 cents. I would have turned around if I didn’t live a little ways out, but disappointed I was. I would have waited if they had to cook it and how long the drive thru was they had time to cook a fresh chicken patty. If I had an option to give a negative star I would. Hire ppl that actually care about customer service because I bet they wouldn’t have eaten that sandwich.
