I ordered a chicken wrap and fries. When I received my order, I checked the fries to see if they were hot. Not even close. I told the girl that I wanted hot fries and she acted like I was bothering her. Invariably at this particular McDonald's, I have to send the fries back. It is close to home, so that is why I go there.

I went through the drive through and the cashier couldn't get my card to run cause she was trying to take another order then when I drove up to get the food the girl didn't smile, or give me sauce for nuggets. I had to ask for that and my drinks.

Nicely maintained. Convenient to Highway. Food hot and delicious. Menu items need expanding: add “basket of fries”. Afternoon shift manager needs to interact with customers when ordering hey have questions of a new cashier and not summarily brush off the customer without at least a courtesy greeting of the day when addressing the question of the cashier in training. Personableness counts these days more FAR more than ever. Not to do so makes for unfavorable memories of...
