60 minute wait is this classified as fast food???No rhyme or reason for long wait. Kids screaming about hunger and no explanation...long drive and need a stop to rest and eat atmosphere very clean but service was awful.

Had me waiting at the register for 8 minutes without acknowledgment. The store was empty. Rude employees, extremely poor customer service. I would rate this visit -5 stars if possible. Obviously left without any food. Burger King across the street was much more pleasant.

We had breakfast, I had the big breakfast and my wife had a sandwich. They were fresh and came quick.
Went tonight Friday july 25th 2025 at 1030pm and ordered a quarter pounder and that was all they asked me to pull to the white line so I did and waited for my food….and waited and waited and waited 30 minutes later the young lady at first window bring someone’s food out and looks at me and says they still ain’t got your food and I said no told her my order again and told her shoot I might as well get a drink since I sat here thirty minutes for one single sandwich and they served everyone else she laughed and when she came out they told me they had gave my sandwich to someone else and that was all.. my food when I got it still was nothing but a bun a beef patty and cheese with ketchup no onions pickles mustard nothing smh I then asked for a manager she refused to come speak to me about why I had a complaint of waiting for a sandwich thirty minutes and told the employee to tell me she wasn’t giving me any numbers and she wasn’t coming to talk to me locked the doors and wouldn’t speak to me at all… RUDE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE LACK OF PEOPLE SKILLS AND DONT NEED TO BE working in public period

Where do I begin.. waited nearly 15 mins for a simple order, was told to wait at window 3, but there's only a window2. Watched someone was also waiting AFTET me get their order and when I asked the employee who came put where my food was, I was served attitude instead and told she had to go back and get it. This person had TWO hands, but was unable to carry two bags at once! Imagine that..

Went here with my parents on Saturday June 28th 2025. We had entered Interstate 95 in North Carolina, and had to get off to use the restroom somewhere. That somewhere was here. The restrooms were clean. Though we didn't get anything this visit. Easy on and off to I-95 in North Carolina.
