Order at the register. Don't order off of the kiosk! The order took too long and was incomplete. They didn't bring the Kids Meal or cups for the drinks! Everyone was up, with receipts in hand to complete tbeir orders. Another long wait! Grrrrr The unsweet tea was weak! The z

The kiosk allowed me to order a caramel macchiato for about $4, but they later told me they can’t make that, so they gave me a $1 coffee with no refund.
My wife told me a similar thing happened the last time we were there, which I had forgotten.

I ordered a frappe from here. They say they didn't receive my order but it was charged to my card. I had to order another one and they didn't offer me anything...not my money back or anything.

We had the pleasure of having the most wonderful outstanding McDonald’s experience at this location. The staff here goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide you with service not seen in any other McDonald’s I can remember.. highly recommended!

Zero stars! Never in my life have I had worse service than last night at this location. Placed a mobile order for 3 meal deals. Two mcchicken, one plain and one ketchup mustard and pickle, one McDouble. Simple right? I get my order pull over to give everyone their food and I had 3 mcchickens all with mayo and lettuce. No big deal. Things happen. I pull back around(kids in car seats so didn’t want to get get everyone out) nicely explain what happened. Handed them the receipt that had the correct listing. Pull up and get my food and now it’s three McDoubles in the bag. At this point I’m mad because I just explained it and gave the receipt to them. 3 different receipts they handed me have the correct listing on it. So I unbuckle all 3 kids and go in. Not one worker even acknowledged the register or came to help a customer. There were two other unhappy customers ahead of me. I have worked customer service and know people can be unreasonable, but they were very justified in their feelings. There manager herself was just standing there at the end of the bagging line and refused to speak to the customers or even look at them. Would not answer them when asking where their food is. One person inly needed barbecue sauce and not one worker would come get it for her. Then the manager started yelling at the customers and used the excuse that they didn’t have any trays to put one lady’s food on to explain why her order was still not ready in 30 minutes. Finally I get someone to fix my order for the third time! Explain the situation. Say I now need two mcchickens one plain and this way. Okay okay. The worker even confirmed with me feom the food line. Hands me the sandwiches, I open them up roght in front of him and the one that should be plain is mayo and lettuce filled. Now a FOURTH time I’m asking for a plain sandwich. Tbr worker says oh you wsnt it plain like nothing on it? I’ve never before heard of plain any other way. It is absolutely insane. I understand mistakes happen, but this was a completely unacceptable level of service. All the workers were just laughing and yelling at customers. The manager refused to do anything or help anyone. Zero customer service. Horrible attitudes and quality at this place. I see why with the management they have running the place.
