Roxboro NC has the best McDonalds food. Got double cheeseburger and was so good. I eat there every 3 months going to Doctor in VA driving from SC . The only ones i eat at are roxboro and lumberton NC. Breakfast lumberton is bestegg mcmuffins

No toilet paper in one stall and water to wash hands is hot enough to burn. Staff said it’s supposed to be like that, theirs is that hit too. If it’s too hot to hold hands under is proper hand cleaning being done by staff? It is hot enough to send a child for medical care.

Lady taking orders at drive thru was incompetent and rude. Couldn’t upsize drink so ordered a separate large sweet tea. Ended up messing whole order plus my large sweet tea was unsweetened. In the process the line was too long to return when I found out. Made a vow to never go to McDonald’s on 5th street. This has happened so many times before.

This was a great McD's location. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the facility was very clean. I usually request a few special items from McD's and the whole order came out perfect. Great place to stop!
Dietary restrictions: They're great about doing burgers on a bed of lettuce instead of with a bun for gluten-free/gluten-intolerant customers.

Just wanted to come on here and say people need to learn how to make a McFlurry, they used to mix the Oreos of m and m’s in this past several times I have to do it myself and there putting less and less Oreos/ m & m’s. Me and the baby in my belly does not appreciate this. Other than that fries are fresh every time thank you!!

There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I was trying to use the kiosk but it was glitching. The people working could not figure it out. The manager acted like we were bothering them. To make a long story short, we did not get to order because we were going to be late for an appointment.

I was highly disappointed when I got home and opened my container with my Deluxe chicken sandwich. The tomato was laying on the side of the sandwich, the lettuce was sprinkled all over the inside of box, NOT on the sandwich. This was the sorriest service I ever had from this McDonalds. If I didn't live so far from it, I would have drove back and tossed it back through the window and asked for my money back!!!!You should never open a sandwich and see the tomato and lettuce before you ever take the top bun off!!!!
The orange juice I ordered was warm and watered down tasting less like orange juice.

First of all don’t let the reviews lie to you. Someone is always outside either on their phone or smoking, the restaurant never opens on time. They messed up my order 3 times, when I got it the 3rd time it was burnt. They made me wait about 15 minutes in the drive thru while other cars passed us at the second window. Management needs to do things better. The main issue is the opening time, I come here to try & get breakfast. They don’t open until about 15-30 minutes later.
