Pulled into stall 1 hit submit food will be out in 2-5 mins.. 15 mins later still no food , walk in service slow cashier at front (guy) walks slow talks slow and acts like he hates being there can’t even speak up to ask me the question finally gets it out “what stall was it in ?” So I answer and he literally takes his precious time picking up the food and of course fries are cold already.. food was for my son not me.. $15/hr my ass…

Went to McDonald's today, ordered 3 big breakfast with bacon. Later when they arrived, all 3 were sausage instead of bacon. I asked for a replacement on the bacon because I ordered bacon not sausage. The said they would, and went away. I finished eating and never got spoken to again. I was never given my bacon. This felt very unprofessional and I felt wronged because ALL 3 WERE SAUSAGE.

Took 24 minutes to get food and order wrong. Ordered at kiosk and paid. Gave granddaughter the table rent and I turned around some hateful lady took it away from her. Ordered unsweet tea got sweet. Ordered double fried on kids meal got and apple juice. Asked if wanted crocs toy or under three toy and said under three. Lady at register would not exchange. Last trip to any McDonald’s. Too many burger places to go that have better prices and most of time better food.

I wouldn't normally leave a review about a McDonald's, but this place was exceptional! I was staying at the Best Western around the corner, and the coffee pot in the room was broken. This is disastrous when you get up at 4:30am and the only thing you want is a cup of coffee. Not much is open at this time in this area, but the drive thru was open at 5am at this location. My savior! What made it even better was the lady working the drive thru, she was so kind and very friendly. I can't thank you enough for the great service and for being open at this ungodly hour of the morning. This made my morning great!

Grandson ate his entire meal and got to pay in the play-place. Seems the higher-ups were in the house, the management made their presence known. I found it disconcerting to have associates stop at my table and talk to me. If I wanted that, I would've gone to a restaurant that offers wait staff. At Mcd's, I'm looking for fast, delicious food and anonymity.
