Employes are always working behind the wall, if there's a problem with your order, it will take forever for someone to come to the counter and ask you if you need help...especially at nightime...

The customer service representative was RUDE, They need smiling faces on the Window, with ONLY GREAT CS EXPERIENCE. THATS WHAT DRAWS CUSTOMERS, when they opened ROBERTS Ave location, I was trained in several areas. A burger order supposed to be out the window in record time , not 5 minutes.

Understaffed. Overheard manager telling stressed out employees to work faster as I waited for someone to ask to fix my order. New building, but clearly designed to minimize employees. Upped to 2 stars for very well designed Play Place; dirty though.

Done a mobile curb order. I waited for 45 minutes on my order. Ordered a grinch meal and I didn’t even receive the socks. That was the main reason in buying it. I didn’t even look in the meal box until I got home. Waste of my money and time. It was a good thing I was off today and not on my lunch break.

My daughter and I did a mobile order from her app and that was the best double quarter pounder with cheese that I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s. It was perfectly seasoned, hot, made the way I requested, with melted cheese. Usually these start getting cold after about 1-2 bites and it remained hot the entire time I was eating it. My daughter said that the fries were perfectly seasoned as well. Customer service was good as well. We were only in Lumberton for my grandson’s doctors appointment.

BY FAR THE BEST MCDONALD’S I’VE EVER EATEN AT! Keep up the good work!!

Ordered via the app FROM THEIR DINING ROOM and after 25 minutes they claimed they didn’t have it - and THEN it got canceled. “You’ll get a refund within 3 hours.” Ummmm I just paid $40 for food I never got and you want me to pay AGAIN? The register employee pointed OUTSIDE to the GM when I asked to speak to someone. She was in the parking lot just standing there talking to someone. I waited, but after another five minutes I finally went out to talk to her - at this point my kids were bawling and wanted their food. After half a hour who could blame them? The GM refused to give me any resolution, refused to provide her name, refused to give the store number or franchisee information, and told me just to leave. At this point, this McDonald’s has STOLEN $40 from me, and we are still without food. Thanks for nothing.

Blonde woman (assuming manager) taking orders at the window is beyond sweet. Best customer service I've ever gotten from a McDonald's. 8:30am and she's all smiles. Give this woman a raise lol

Great McDonald’s location with a play place! The playground area even has an order window and numbered tables. Food was delivered quickly to the table by a very friendly employee. Worth the extra minute off I-95! Lobby had a lot of families seated. One of the more full McD lobbies we’ve been inside of for the past few years, and well put together sandwiches.

This McDonalds is top tier. There is a play place which is always a big hit with the kids. The bathrooms were clean. They also brought our order out on the cutest shopping cart with extra ketchup and condiments.

I was at wrong restaurant..
There was no need to have an attitude.. this senior says no more McDonald's..
