Ordered via the app FROM THEIR DINING ROOM and after 25 minutes they claimed they didn’t have it - and THEN it got canceled. “You’ll get a refund within 3 hours.” Ummmm I just paid $40 for food I never got and you want me to pay AGAIN? The register employee pointed OUTSIDE to the GM when I asked to speak to someone. She was in the parking lot just standing there talking to someone. I waited, but after another five minutes I finally went out to talk to her - at this point my kids were bawling and wanted their food. After half a hour who could blame them? The GM refused to give me any resolution, refused to provide her name, refused to give the store number or franchisee information, and told me just to leave.
At this point, this McDonald’s has STOLEN $40 from me, and we are still without food. Thanks for nothing.

Great McDonald’s location with a play place! The playground area even has an order window and numbered tables. Food was delivered quickly to the table by a very friendly employee. Worth the extra minute off I-95! Lobby had a lot of families seated. One of the more full McD lobbies we’ve been inside of for the past few years, and well put together sandwiches.

This McDonalds is top tier. There is a play place which is always a big hit with the kids. The bathrooms were clean. They also brought our order out on the cutest shopping cart with extra ketchup and condiments.

Try to order a late dinner on the app for McDonald's didn't work so I tried again nothing and then went through the drive-thru ordered a number 7 just the 2 cheeseburgers and a French fries and a ten piece nugget and a chocolate shake, I asked for 4 ranch dipping sauce and didn't get them, the lady at the one window where you pay for your meal was disgraceful towards my husband and I and when I got to the second window to pick up a food I asked for ranch they said it's in the bag when we get home I'll check the bag no ranch specifically asked them for ranch when I asked for them they were disrespectful towards my husband and I
