This place doesn't sell fast food, they sell slow food. I waited 25 minutes for my order. I went to the window and the person delivering the food told me my food wasn't there yet. She said I needed to drive around the front and wait. When I lost all patience after waiting too long, I went inside to ask about my order. Another woman asked me my name and then... no after that. I left without getting my slow food.

Thank you so much to GLORIA in particular for going above and beyond for me and my family tonight I was at the drive through line around 10:30pm on Feb 15th expecting to be serviced since this location closes at 11pm! After pulling up to the mic I was NOT greeted and decided to pull up to the window to order was signaled by a lady manager I could order at the next window. Everything was OK until I pulled up and was ignored my working members inside and decided to beep* to get their attention 1 very rude African American young man tried to play it off as the window was "locked" and told me their system was down to avoid serving us. Asked to speak to a manager was told he didnt know where she was out a young lady named Gloria came to the window & was nice enough to take our order Thank you so much Gloria for your customer service and patience. McDonald is very lucky to have you ??

Sat at drive thru #2 for almost 20 mins waiting on chicken nuggets while everyone else behind me were getting their food it’s ridiculous to wait that long! While worker in the window is laughing it up with a customer completely fed up!

This McDonald's was horrible I ordered on the kiosk and didn't get a receipt I asked the woman at the front if the machine was down she said no I said I didn't get a receipt she said "oh they don't give receipts" and then I got my food and asked for a receipt and she said I could use the paper on the bag that doesn't say anything about the price of food and my fries were cold not from sitting there but like out the freezer cold very disappointed in this place such rude service someone needs to do something about these horrible people
