Let me say I have never been here. So as a family we came here to check it out. So we walk in and they have 91.0 so that’s an A I was like ok that’s cool should have knew better rite then. The girl that sat us was really sweet. Then we walk to the table ( should have been back out the door ) the floor was nasty as ALL get out. So u know me I work in the restaurant business so I get it. Thinking maybe they going to sweep that was a NO!! Not going to call her out but you have to smile and pretend to like ur job to make tips. Let me say that was a NO also then let’s talk about the food ( plz fire who ever is cooking ) everything we got was spicy but the mashed potatoes. Now the boys ate chicken tenders and fry’s. So we were happy with that. Now the ranch was really good. I get a cup of ice for my tea because it was hot it had black dirty pray not mold from the ice machine. ( I didnt touch to find out ) All of that to say We as a family will never go to another one ever. To know i am NOT telling a lie, I got pix to show I am not telling a lie. Was NOT going to tip the girl nothing on my 100 order but I still cleaned the table because that’s what i have alwsys done and still gave her 8 dollar tip. Should have been nothing. !! Next i am going on google then yelp ..
Kid-friendliness: Don’t waist your time or money, I have two boys our server didn’t even speak to my boys. Like they weren’t with us at a table of 4.

It could have been better if our waiter would have been on top of everything but after getting our drinks and bloomin onion, I waited about 30 minutes until I got my salad but every other table around us was able to get there main course but us. Plus i checked our check and it didnt have anything on there for our order but it had someones else order. I spoke with our waiter about our food but he said something must have happened but after us waiting for an hour from time we sat down, We got up and left. Guess I'll have to go to another Outback that's not in Lumberton cause they seemed to be more worried about the bigger tables and trying to get there tip.

Nothing about this location was that good.
Prime rib sandwich was just full of gristle. Couldn’t take a bit without being able to chew it.
My bone in ribeye was hot but so dry. The Mac and cheese was spicy. Didn’t mention that on the menu. Hate hot spicy food. Awful.
Caesar salad was not tossed in its dressing like those type salads should. Wasnt good.
Bread was really all that was done right.
Not sure when Outback got so expensive. Two people, no alcohol with tip. Hundred bucks.

The waitress was not attentive. Had to ask for each need (more tea, silverware). Very polite but definitely spending time hiding somewhere because other tables were complaining. My sweet potato was burnt. My steak was hard as a rock (I ordered medium rare) and tasted not like steak. Noticed a sanitation score of 91 when I left so it all made sense. Someone is not managing.

If I could give 0 stars, I would for today’s service. Our server had a different server drop all our stuff off. She seemed to be over friendly with other tables dressed up in their church clothes but didn’t acknowledge us after placing the order. The food was sub par and we will not be back to this location. We had to ask for all items (refills, ketchup, steak sauce etc.) When people go out, you would expect a higher level of service. The booth beside us was broke but they were still using it. The restroom had 3 paper towel dispensers and only one worked. This location needs a good old corporate visit. I think an hour and a half for basic food is too long of a wait.
Steaks were horrible! Dry , burnt and very pink inside. It was tough to cut into.

Good food and drinks. The waitresses were very friendly and patient, however the manager (Robert) was very rude to my party and to his staff. I’ve even witnessed him break a few glasses and aggressively told the bus boy to clean it up then tells another party “excuse me he just made a mess” I felt sincerely embarrassed for his whole staff. I definitely won’t be coming back as long as he’s there. He was very unprofessional and rude.

Outback is one of my favorite places. I'm not sure exactly what they had going on today, however the service was crap. Our waitress was good. They were busy , I will say. We ordered some wings for our appetizer, when we got them it was like they had scrapped the bottom of the pan, it had so much grease and like breader on them it was crazy. I fid not get my celery..which I love...I let the waitress know and dhe said they were probably out but she would check. My son ordered a huge ribeye steak well done and it was well done in the middle but not at all on the outside . He could not even finish it. He just got a to go box to come hom and finish cooking it.We also got our dessert to go. They still brought it in plates. When I told them it was to go they took it back. Then the waitress brought it back out in the same plates with to go boxes....smh....and the ice cream was melted. I could overhear people complaining and the waitress was letting them know that they were out of alot of things....sad , I will definitely have to find another location which is inconvenient.
