We went to Panera in this location. We ordered our food online. The service was awful. We waited in the drive through for almost 30 minutes. No one even came in the window. We were just waiting. We were on our way back to New Jersey. Would definitely not order anything from this PANERA any more.

Dark roast coffee was mostly like tea color , had no taste whatsoever, caffe latte was cold and no coffee taste also, never had something like that in any panera bread I’m been too in the US. Awful awful

Wait ... I was wrong. My order was not correct. We waited entirely too long for our order to be prepared when we were the only inside order. What was going to be a big compliment turned out to be just another restaurant charging me too much for mediocre food and less than good service. Will be back because they're the only dog in town....which is how they stay open. Tourists and people who REALLY like bagels. Not worth the stop. Drive on to somewhere that the staff listens and makes your food properly. It isn't here. Best customer service we have gotten in a very long time. Staff was competent, polite, and efficient. Who could ask for more?

We went to Panera for lunch in Lumberton, NC. I ordered the Strawberry, Chicken, Poppyseed Salad and a 1/2 Basil BLT sandwich. The salad was the best I have ever eaten. They put plenty of fresh fruit on the salad. Everything was so fresh. I highly recommend it and will definitely order it again. We have been pleased everytime we have eaten here.Love this place.
I didn’t even try to eat this & they gave me a banana with mold I took the banana back & I had to throw it away, smh.
