We went to Panera for lunch in Lumberton, NC. I ordered the Strawberry, Chicken, Poppyseed Salad and a 1/2 Basil BLT sandwich. The salad was the best I have ever eaten. They put plenty of fresh fruit on the salad. Everything was so fresh. I highly recommend it and will definitely order it again. We have been pleased everytime we have eaten here.Love this place.

Ordered Door dash and they forgot my food. Had to drive over there and the girl who remade my food was not very nice. The sandwich was terribly made and was missing items on it. Would not recommend. Been other times with no issues, but this girl was just not kind.

I’ve ordered sandwiches here three times — and had issues every single time. The first time, they added a sauce I specifically asked them to leave out. The second time, they gave me chips instead of the apple I chose as my side. The third time, already expecting another mistake, I checked the order right in front of them. I had paid extra for a full sandwich (around $5 more), but there was only a small half in the bag. I asked, “Is this really a full sandwich?” She looked at my receipt and said, “One moment.” Then she made the correct sandwich — and just tossed it at me silently, without saying a single word. Not even a “sorry.” She turned around and walked away like nothing happened.
The food is great — but the service is awful and disrespectful.
