Enter drive thru the very back of store and around the corner to pick up. Parking lot was a little confusing and I ended up pulling out of an entrance to get to the stoplight. Inside the store is very clean and almost empty every time I visit. The only one in town.same great service that I get at all Paneras.

Worst and nastiest Panera Bread I have ever been to. I've been to MANY because my job requires me to travel A lot. Staff is okay but not that friendly and the Managers at Lumberton location are hateful, fake smiles, and very rude. My time i soent in there was around an hour. I heard the Male Manager talking about the customers, very unprofessional‼️

I want to like this place I really really do. But I had to stop ordering food from them because my favorite sandwich started having brown avocado on it. And barely any toppings. As long as (I think her name) is Ms. Christy, (the red haired lady I don't know her name & I apologize about that), or the other lady manager makes the food then it's good. They're not always back there making the food though & Panera isn't cheap to play roulette with. So I just order food from the Panera back home in SC.If the food from here could be more consistent, and the employees actually would care about not half making a sandwich & actually giving you the toppings that come on it then this location would be great.Wheelchair accessibility: The inside in my opinion is not wheelchair accessible. It's pretty cluttered. They keep the chairs pushed in and all but there's so many tables right on top of each other that someone with a wheelchair would have trouble maneuvering around inside.

Highly disappointed… my first time trying Panera bread… I got a bagel and I’m in disbelief that I have to put the cream cheese on it myself?!? Never again and I didn’t get a receipt.. I’m driving-I have to stop and put the cream cheese on my bagel..

The restaurant was impeccably clean and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We had the soup and sandwiches which were were fresh and as expected of Panera bread, but the chocolate croissant was amazing! So moist and delicious with enough chocolate to satisfy a chocoholic!
Does the green goddess sandwhich not have anything green on it anymore? I spent 18$ for tomato’s and chicken and cheese…nothing else on it. Is this normal?
