I must admit, I was skeptical after seeing a few negative reviews, but those folks must have a chip on their shoulders because this place was fantastic! I have always loved Papa John’s Pizza, but this order was probably the best Papa John’s Pizza I’ve ever eaten. It was delivered quickly by a friendly driver and was hot and fresh and super cheesy, toppings were perfect, and it was obvious that the pizza was made with care. Ten out of ten HIGHLY RECOMMEND when in Lumberton!!!

Walked in to get my food. I saw workers making food without any gloves on and hairnets on. I walked out and left my pick up order. Sanitation need to be taken place immediately

Ordered a pizza for delivery with instructions to ring doorbell and hand pizza to me. DoorDash driver threw pizza onto my porch, took a picture, and left pizza without ringing the doorbell. Watched it all from my camera. Pizza was great. Service was lousy!

Went in 3 months ago and the employee (heavy set female) was RUDE from the time i walked in. I felt i was bothering her and the way she talked to me. I left without ordering.
They are rude, they double charge your card then tell you there are no orders, and always refuse to help you!
