Just the training on pizza cutting. The young man may have been new but he cut my personal pan pizza as if it was a large pizza I had 8 mini slices instead of the 4 hand held size I normally receive.

There was not enough sauce on my pizza so she made me another, stated she believed me w/o seeing it and it was the best and most pleasant experience I have ever had with any restaurant period. She also made the best pizza ever in return. I can't say enough goodness about this place. It is A+ #1 in every way from my experience. I will always go there from now on. Thank you Regina, general manager u r THE BEST!

I give customer service a thumbs down?. Almost every time I call to place my order I'm always put on hold for at least 5 minutes or longer. I decided to take my business to the Pizza Hut on Fayetteville Rd. Their pizza tastes better for some odd reason and they have a drive thru so I don't have to get out of my car.
