If you're local you probably already know this, but don't expect to get a delivery from the store quickly. They refuse to start an order for DoorDash until the driver gets there. They have a terrible attitude. And have no interest in getting your food to you quickly. If you are visiting the area pick any other pizza establishment than this one for delivery. Because you will be waiting an incredibly long time for them to do their jobs, and no delivery driver is going to want to sit and wait as long as it takes them to get an order out... So if you want a fresh hot pizza order it from anywhere else because your dasher is probably going to decline taking the order anyway because of the attitude that they have and the amount of time they cost the drivers. Good luck with this place.

App rarely works for ordering. Try to call and immediately get placed on hold without even being asked to hold. Awful customer service.

The restaurant should be closed down for being filthy and having employees who are not sanitary, especially the NASTY disgusting bathroom . The service was extremely slow and poor on a slow night...our orders were mixed up, we received wrong items. Management and staff are less than professional, and we're not kind... This is the absolute nastiest Pizza Hut I've ever visited.... spend your money elswhere
Lady at the pickup window was rude after I told her I was not leaving a tip because she asked me how much I wanted to tip her which I thought was odd. Then there was a problem with my order and the manager was just as rude and unpleasant. Both should be fired l.

When I arrived around 11:40 only 1 pizza was out. I think the cook ended up being my server. Order an Arnold palmer and it turned out to b real sweet water. Then my silverware was dirty so I opted for a plastic fork. Pickup a plate to get my pizza and it was cover with salad dressing. Then I spilled my drink and was not offered any help from my real server so I cleaned it up myself. Then just b4 me spilling my drink the table in front of me spilled there's and the server who I think was the manager cleaned up there spill with no problem 🤔 then I asked did they still have Italian sausage pizza only to b told that there is a problem with production. Wat ever they substituted for sausage was nasty. The salad bar wasn't appealing at all the mini tomatoes was busted and it was mostly vegetables no fruit or egg selection like they use to have. Haven't eaten here in years and I don't think I Will be back. So disappointed. Only good came out of my visit was a young lady name Karen came over to my table to check on me.

Employees Should Be Wearing Gloves Having Fresh Cuts Or No Cuts On Their Hands, So Nasty & Immoral, This Place Needs A Manager Who Meets Every Need Regarding Buisness & Sanitation Without Being MEAN Spirited....DISGRACEFUL! All Nasty Folks Will Still Eat Here Under Tjese Conditions Because "They" DON'T Care...Yet!

My favorite of all is Pizza Hut my mom worked at the first ones here in Lumberton in 1980's. I love the food the prices and especially the smell when u open the door.

Rude staff thinks everything is funny. Making slick comments on situations that have nothing to do with them. That I actually have a civil lawsuit against so putting noses where it does not belong while at work is a problem. Store manager Kelly was contacted but doesn’t understand why or how to do her job after contacted. Even stated that she don’t understand the phone call. Serve the pizza, cook the food and keep it professional! It’s simple. Everything outside of work should stay there! Especially when some individuals seem to never be able to move on from Pizza Hut because of their records so let’s not make comments. If they don’t like a customer and don’t know how to handle their self then they shouldn’t work there. Do not recommend at all.
