Wraps was mid waited in line 5 mins for the tenders in the wraps to be small as hell and was packed with lettuce and cheese and a little bit of honey mustard. Yall got that

Lazy, completely incompetent employees who barely even understand how to assemble a sandwich. Dirty, stinking restaurant. Food was sub par for a Popeyes.

Excellent Popeyes location to eat at. The food and customer service are the best of any Popeyes that I have eaten at.

Placed an order on door dash for 2 6 piece wings two different flavors and 2 chicken sandwiches two different flavors. I get the order and they gave me the correct items but not the flavors I asked for. I called the store and the manager answered as if she was at home or on her personal phone. There was absolutely no professionalism. I was cussed out and hung up on. I go to the store and was told to leave because they were closed. I just wanted to address the issue about my order. I paid for it, $40 to be exact for it to not be correct and for no one to care that it was incorrect. I will never give Lumberton Popeyes a dime of money again. The employees are disrespectful and uprofessional.

Lumberton NC location Same person took order and got the food. One taking order took everyone inside and in line's order before she got food. 3 employees were sitting in dining area while the only one took order and same one got food. It was almost 1 pm and not rush hour there. French fries were almost burnt and cold. Bun for chicken sandwich cold and dry. worst service ever at a Popeye's. Evidently very poor management.

Wonderful food and outstanding service from the staff.
Everything was cooked fresh and came out to our table hot. We even had a small wait for hot, delicious biscuits.

Terrible! Ordered 2-piece classic chicken combo with rice and sweet tea and when we got to the window, they said they forgot to cook the chicken so we waited while they cook the chicken. They offered to give me the spicy chicken instead and we said we wanted the classic so we’ll wait. Then, when we got our order, I tried the chicken and they gave us the spicy ones anyway! Plus the sweet tea was half coke/sprite as it tasted more like soda than sweet tea.

Time is not on your side if you expect to receive your food quickly from this establishment. While I understand that working in a fast food restaurant can be chaotic, it is frustrating when I am the only person in line and no one takes my order after 5 minutes. I am willing to wait a reasonable amount of time for my food, but how long must I wait in an empty restaurant before my order is taken?

Went through the drive thru, was told it would take approximately 12 additional minutes for our food to be ready (after already waiting for 30 minutes just to order) and ended up waiting for another 25 minutes to actually get our food, and guess what? The order was missing our fried chicken wings which of course we didn’t notice until we got back home!
Come on Popeyes…you can do better! Your chicken is too good for this foolishness! I’m expecting a coupon or something for this mishap!!!
