I have a problem with the oil you fry the food in it leaves a disgusting feeling in my mouth.
It leaves like I just horrible coating on my gums, tongue and teeth I can't eat that. What happened to the oil used to fry your food in say 15 to 20 years ago? It didn't do that to my mouth back then.

I placed and paid for a mobile order through the Popeyes app at the Lumberton, NC location (Order #2275b703-8ale-4638-a626-74430fe451ea). When I arrived, the employee told me they had no food available at all, couldn’t substitute anything, and didn’t know how to process a refund. I was told to contact corporate instead.

This makes no sense—if the store had no food, why were they open? And why did the app allow me to place and pay for an order if nothing was available? The order was only $6.41 and included reward points, but the principle matters. Customers shouldn’t have to waste time and gas because the app inventory isn’t accurate and the store can’t issue refunds.

I’ve had multiple issues with this location before and even submitted complaints through the Popeyes app but never received a response. I used to enjoy the brand, but experiences like this make it hard to keep coming back.

I simply want the refund for the order and the reward points returned.

Well, here we go AGAIN!!! I went to Popeyes to get the 3 piece special that they have going on. Once I received my order, I looked in the box; and Once Again, one of my pieces looked like a pre-matute chicken had been added to the box! I don't know what store policy is, but QUIT PICKING through the pieces!!!!! This is not how you would treat yourself, if you were serving you, or someone that You know, when they come to your job!!! The wing in this picture, is actually the blown up image from my phone, to show the size!!

Ordered an 8 piece family meal thru uber eats. The chicken was over cooked. Like waaay too crispy that it was hard. Ordered a large Mac n cheese and was given a container filled only half way. They have the nerve to charge a whole dollar extra for it as well. I order here a lot, but never again.
