As a commuter for school, it’s nice to have healthy options for lunch or just to grab a healthy energy drink. Lumberton is a smaller town, and is honestly full of fast food. This location has the sweetest staff. I visited today for the first time and tried the Pineapple Mango Energy Refresher. He was able to adjust the caffeine level to my liking (to avoid those caffeine jitters lol) and had a lot of knowledge about the menu. Overall this is a 10/10! Great service, and great knowledgeable staff! I’ll be back for a protein shake next time!

The drink tasted like water not strawberry or watermelon. Way to expensive for just colored water. It looked like they were remodeling or just opened not sure.

Interesting how this place is listed at “ Health Place “ Protein but when I called on 06/29/2024 noone answer . Lady returned called and said Hello . I asked about Sugar in protein shakes “ she said it does not tell me on thing how much sugar” I do not recommend this place they are not transparent on Real nutrition
I love this place! It’s really the start to my day. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable and the teas are great! I literally come her every day or every other day for my “Watermelon cucumber lime tea” the taste is awesome and gives me that energy I need from the B12 . I no longer buy energy drinks since I been coming here for the past 2-3months

Because of my business I travel a lot & love shops like this. I think its amazing that Lumberton has a healthier option. The atmosphere is GREAT. Recently introduced my mom to the drinks here & that's all she wants during the work day. ? Cannot recommend this place enough. You won't be disappointed.
