Jameka? The manager with green braids who sit in the back and can’t even greet a customer with terrible customer service needs a new job because clearly she does not want hers. Came used a pump spent 50$ the gas was disconnected with out even a sign. Now I have to wait a week for my money back, leaving with no gas and no money back. This is disgusting she is disgusting

I just left the Royal farms off exit 20 on 95 6:30 at night and they refuse to sell me chicken nuggets they said they didn't have flour for breading so all I could get was spicy and still charged my credit card 😤

Not buying food or gas here again
I had a very very bad experience @ store # 475 in Lumberton NC . Will never return for anything , except my money !! The associates on second shift were very disrespectful when I ask for refund because the chicken wasn’t fresh . So we were told to get our refund and get out of the store . Instead of refund the cashier took the same amount of money from me for food I never received.. All the while the Associate were talking to us in a very rude and respectful way .. So as we were leaving one of the Associates followed us to the car taking a picture of my tag number.. I’ve gone back to the store three times now and was suppose to have refund on day three of going to store and day seven of them charging me twice , mind you after I had to get a bank print out to show were the funds had been taking out twice instead of the refund I was suppose to be getting ! Well we are now on day eight and even though I was supposedly given a refund , money HAS NOT been credited back to my account as of yet !!! Guess now they are holding refund until they choose to release it .. or I wasn’t really refunded at all !!

I went there around 11pm on September 29th to pick up a mobile order I had placed and was informed that they hadn’t had any chicken all day because they ran out that morning and I would get a refund. The night manager then proceeded to process the order as complete and when I mentioned that she said that I’d still get a refund in 24-48 hours depending on my bank. The next morning I called to speak with the store manager Marlana to verify that the refund was processed and was told it was. After waiting the normal 3-5 business days required for a refund by my bank I contacted the store again as well as corporate and got no help in getting my money back. My bank won’t give me a refund because they contacted the store and was told I got my order. I will never shop here again. I can’t believe I had to go through all of this to get my money back. If I could leave no stars I would.

Me and my hubby came here when they first opened in Lumberton and boy I tell you, we walked in did not get a hello or greeting period 👎🏾so nah, went to order which was simple and kinda new to us. But when we got the food the chicken was okay a lil salty, the wedges were excellent very tasty but the cole slaw is disgusting. The portions are not in line with the prices. It's a horrible environment with people just standing around waiting on orders I dont like that its almost like DSS or DMV lol

This store has posters that advertise deals that don’t exist. The manager had me download the app, verify my age, and the posters deal still didn’t exist. It’s false advertising.

Never heard of this place the sign said world famous chicken. I said to myself I love chicken. so I got a breast and I wanted to try their spicy chicken fingers both were fantastic. but the chicken breast is still better at KFC over this place. The potato wedges were amazing.
Staff was very helpful and very nice
One of the ladies help me with my food, went above and beyond.

Well I finally got a chance to stop and try something at Royal farms, heard the chicken is what you should get so I got a the chicken sliders with potato, got home and only had the fries. No chicken in the there at all. So I still have no idea how the chicken is there. Very sad.

I went into Royal Farms and ordered a $7.99 Turkey sandwich. It took about 50 minutes for me to get my sandwich. I won’t go there on night shift again.
We stopped here after being on the road for hours with our family including a child in diapers. First, the bathrooms do not have changing tables so I had to change my baby in the car. Second, the men’s restroom was closed for cleaning which is totally fine. But my husband and another gentleman were waiting for a while and finally I offered to make sure the women’s restroom was clear and I stood outside the door for no more than 30 seconds while they were in and out of the restroom. The woman cleaning was not rude or anything, but she did give me a very hard time about letting them use the restroom although I told her there were no women inside. Lastly, we ordered food from the kiosk. A large Mac and cheese and large fries. We ended up with a small Mac which was enough for two small spoonfuls at most. We brought it back politely saying we ordered a large which they handed us one, but by the time we were back on the road we realized they gave us mashed potatoes. Flavorless and dry.. so basically almost $13 wasted and my kids didn’t get their Mac and cheese. Do not recommend.

No changing table in the bathroom, no even trash can in the bathroom, and the employees bark at you over having a diaper bag to change your kid. Absolutely not a good environment, and a sign of a terrible management and ownership. I have never been more appalled by a store in my travels.

For those who read reviews and need honest truth….first off I’m from Maryland and currently reside in Fayetteville Nc. I’ve been waiting for this location some time now to open and can say the experience was matched. The food does seem to taste slightly different from what I remember back home. My go to is the chicken strips and fries combo with a roll and three honey mustards. Back in the day I would add the 2 for 1 sweet teas but these days I’m much older and cautious so water or electrolytes lol. The chicken tasted great and had a juicy texture as expected and the fries were in between soft and crisp. Some locations frying time could be offset and you may experience different overall results between days of visiting which is normal in Maryland royal farms. As for staff and confusion where to order…..in Maryland we like a little attitude to go with our service it’s almost instinct to service in the dmv by having a little spunk but that wasn’t what I experienced today!! The staff was polite and on point with orders. The kiosk are to your left when you come in the front door near the coffee machines. If you’ve been on one kiosk you’ve been on all of them. And yes you have to pay before receiving your food like any other royal farms. So on behalf of the north thank you for coming to North Carolina even if the locals take time to adjust. Perfect location for gas and resting as well. Plenty of space to walk your dogs too. Plenty of Parking if I should say so myself. Inside seating is a bit limited to about 6-8 people but royal farms is more of a pop in and out kind of place for those wondering. Cheers and please come to Fayetteville where you will be appreciated!!!
