Deconstructed kabobs are usually delicious. These beef tips were WELL done. I could barely cut them with a knife. The shrimp scampi and bacon cheeseburger were good. Salad bar is always great but an extra $6 to every entree.

Definitely not a great experience. We eat at Ruby Tuesdays close to my home but was traveling. Stopped for lunch during the holidays. Ribs . Well known for the size and tenderness. Although this Food was poorly prepared and extremely low on proportions. Made a notice of this to the manager, she seemed like what we was asking for was unreasonable. Although she brought out a half rack to split it was all fat and grisly. The waitress passed our complaint off as if what we get, is what we get. Very poor experience, for someone who eats at our local Ruby's at least 3 times a month.

I am submitting this complaint to formally escalate a serious service and management issue that occurred at your Lumberton location on dec 28, involving a manager named Rebecca.
Our party consisted of seven customers, each individually eligible for a military discount and each having a valid military ID. During our visit, the bartender was absent for approximately 15 minutes, resulting in unattended drinks at the bar. One drink was removed from our table because it had become noticeably watered down due to the lack of service. At the same time, the host was observed sitting at the bar on her phone instead of assisting customers. In fact 2 women who came to the bar, waited, and left because of no service.
When military discounts was requested, Rebecca arrived at our table in a white see thru stained tshirt, after being outside smoking. Rather than addressing the service failure, she immediately became argumentative with customers. Her approach was dismissive and confrontational, escalating the situation unnecessarily.
Rebecca then refused to honor military discounts properly. Despite seven valid military IDs, she allowed only one discount for the entire group. She also refused to split the check into seven separate checks, effectively preventing the remaining six customers from receiving their eligible military discounts. This decision appeared arbitrary and inconsistent with fair customer service practices.
This interaction demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect—particularly toward military service members. The refusal to honor advertised discounts, combined with poor service oversight and an inappropriate managerial response, reflects extremely poorly on your establishment.
I am requesting a formal review of this incident, clarification of your company’s military discount and check-splitting policies, and confirmation that corrective action will be taken. I also expect follow-up communication regarding how this matter will be addressed.
This experience was unacceptable and should not be repeated at any of your locations.

The restaurant was not busy but it took a long time to get drinks and our food. Waitress never checked to see how our food was until we were ready to leave. My steak was ordered medium but was cooked well. The ribs were too tough to eat and they had the wrong sauce. I overheard others receiving steaks that were not as ordered. The waitress was told of the problem, never offered to make it right or a discount. Other than the service the floor under our table was sticky and it appeared the table had been wiped off and allowed to drop on the floor around our table. Not a pleasant experience at all for $60.00
