I was craving a BBQ plate and a co worker suggested we try Smithfield and I'm glad we did. The BBQ and slaw was good. I also like ordering a cup of slaw when I'm eating seafood

I just spent 25 min. In the drive thru, waiting on 2 drumsticks. This was at 11:55 on a Sat. They were not that busy, there were only 4 cars ahead of me in line. I was told there would be a 15 min. wait and with 4 cars in front of me, I knew that would take most of the wait. 15 min. later, I get to the window and after about 5 min. they asked me to pull up. 15 min .later I am still in line
I go in and they tell me the chicken just came up. I went back to my car and 10min. later a young girl brought my food
She didn't say sorry for your wait or anything
Then I get home and they got the order wrong! A word of advice! At lunch time COOK SOME DAMN CHICKEN!!! People don't like waiting 25-30 min. In 100 degree temperatures, pay $40, and get home to have the wrong order. How hard is it?

Not very good. The pork BBQ was watery. The hush puppies ere tasty and the cold slaw was average. Waited over 20 mins for ready to go BBQ. Would not go back! I e had much better BBQ!

The best counter staff I’ve ever had. She was wonderful.

I came here for the 1st time on July 8th bc there are none of these chains where im from. I asked the difference between the shrimp plate and the large shrimp plate. The employee grabbed a to go container and explained to me its double shrimp. With a large shrimp plate she said the shrimp would fill up both the large sections of the to go plate. I said ok give me a large shrimp plate. This is what I recieved so not sure if this is right portion or not but if so it was definitely explained wrong bc why even give two plates this is pitiful. Looks like thrown together and an after thought.

I enjoyed the food here. Good portions and everything tasted good. The service was excellent. It took 3 minutes to get our food and we were able to take our soda with us in to go cup. The atmosphere was comfortable and quite and the place was clean.

I ordered the banana pudding and it turns out to be made with vanilla pudding and vanilla wafers. To my knowledge banana pudding consists of banana flavor pudding, bananas and topped off with the vanilla wafers. If you serve banana pudding do it correctly and not the wrong way that's what causes people not to order any desserts from
