You know your drink is about to be bomb when a kind person with blue hair is making it. Delicious, correct drink and even remembered to put my cold brew in a hot cup with no lid so I can not use plastic :) THANK YOU!! ?
PS they were mega busy and cranking out drinks as quick as humanly possible - if you have to wait in a long drive thru line, try turning off your vehicle and walking in.

Holy lord, alls i wanted was a cold brew, my mistake was using the drive thru. 2 cars ahead of me and it took 35 minuted to be served, once i was at the window it was 11 minutes- for.a.coldbrew! Never again.

It’s really packed and sometimes they don’t have the drinks you ask for, they need to lower prices they trippin 10 bucks for a coffee i could buy 3 bibles

Starbucks is converting their coffee makers to the Clover Vertica. I don’t like the low quality coffee these machines produce.? This location has converted to the Clover Vertica machines. I explained to the cashier, Emilie, that I don’t care for the low quality of coffee brewed by the Clover Vertica. I asked if she would be open to the idea of doing a pour-over for a dark roast. She did and made 2 phenomenal pour-overs. ???? You did an excellent job Emilie! ❤️? Thank You ??

I went to Starbucks this morning as usual and I tried to speak to a lady about one day they're charging me for extra syrup and then the next day they're not charging me for extra syrup and I informed her of that. And she stated, well we do charge for classic syrup and I told her that on my receipts that I have not been being charged. Like one day I'm being charged and the next day I'm not being charged. And I said, you know, you need to work with your team, so everybody is on one accord. And she just gave me my drink, didn't say anything, didn't say thank you, ma'am. Have a good day. Just very rude. This is why people, This is why. The rating is a 3.8. This is why.

We ordered Java Chip frappucino and Caramel frapuccino and the whole cup was only full of ice and milk, almost no flavor! I was so disapointed,..
Passing through the area and stopped here for some iced coffee and a snack. They were fast, polite and fixed my customized drinks perfectly.

I was so excited to tried an iced apple crisp oak milk shaken espresso! So disappointed, more than the half of the cup was ice, and it doesn’t give the option to changed to light ice.
