Barista Lexi provided the most excellent service. She was friendly, respectful, and polite despite how busy the store. The whole staff provided excellent service and I’d recommend this Starbucks hands down. I’ve been to numerous Starbucks and I’ve had excellent service each time I go and I go at least 2 times a day…especially after work🥰

I had a horrible experience at this Starbucks tonight. We ordered two drinks through the app and went through the drive thru to pick them up. We waited for a while even though the line was not long at all. When we reached the window the young man did not acknowledge us at all or provide any update on our order. He didn’t even look in our direction and continued taking other drive thru orders. After waiting a few minutes of waiting, I spoke up. His first response was “I am in the middle of taking an order.” I explained that a simple update such as “your order is being prepared” would have been helpful after waiting fifteen minutes for a mobile order and then additional time at the window. He responded in a combative tone and said they were short staffed and that we needed to wait. He then stated that our order was not ready while describing the wrong order. After I corrected him he checked the counter and returned with our drinks which were already finished. We waited for nothing and his response was unnecessary when I only asked for an update on what we were waiting on. This was a very poor service experience and overall, a poor human interaction. He was rude for absolutely no reason. I get that you may have been short staffed but who forces someone to wait on their front porch for 15 minutes just to invite them inside and not acknowledge them because they’re “busy?” Thats just rude in any case and I'm this case, I’m a paying customer. I deserve a simple “I’ll be with you in one moment” or “we’re busy, one moment”. He didn’t even mention they were short staffed in the first place. Nevertheless, do better young man and Starbucks, please train your staff on professionalism/etiquette and plain human decency.

The staff here was super nice and took great care of me. They offer free refills as long as you are dining in and everything was great.

Barista Lexi provided the worst customer experience I have had in my 25 plus years of going to Starbucks. This is the second bad experience I have had with her. The first time was at the drive thru. Today same bad attitude as if the customers are bothering her to do her job. First of all she didn't have a name tag on so I had to ask the manager what her name was. I used my points to get my drink today. I reminded her that I asked for Carmel Crunch topping in my drink. Her facial expression, sigh, mumbling, and the way she placed the Carmel Crunch down was unacceptable.

I was on my lunch time today and I took a time to get my Regular cup of coffee. I do not usually get it from this place however the guy at the drive thru was so kind asking me what I needed and how I needed. I really thank you all for being such a nice place to go to.

It is currently 6:30 in the morning. I am on my way to start my day. Need to take a c pill, goes down better when it’s a cold drink, my dysphasia doesn’t trigger, just needed some ice in a rush. Went to Starbucks and asked for just a cup of ice and was refused. Apparently there has been a policy change. You cannot get just a cup of ice the small cup of ice without a purchase. They are refusing water and ice to civilian. Let me repeat that they are refusing water. To the public. Tap water to the public. They are refusing to give tapwater to the public. Capitalism has got everybody in a chokehold, I’m very aware. This is corporation decision, and not the individual location, but who’s back are they eating off of ?ours. Everybody needs to start saying something.EVERYTHING is controlled and regulated. Think about it, refusing tapwater to the public, it is illegal in a lot of countries to refuse water. You cannot refuse water to a citizen. They are refusing to give tapwater to the public. I’m aware they also kicked off all the homeless people off the location, and that is another matter of another fact, and I’m sure a lot of people have a different opinion on that, but there are a lot of factors and environmental contributions that go into that. Refusing basic water, in addition this is not filtered water, distilled water or bottled water. They are refusing to give tap water. That is a shame. $1 billion corporation refusing to give tapwater to the public. Welcome to America. Thankful there are real people left out there. Don’t lose your humanity to regulations. Don’t forget what you are.

I went to this Starbucks and drove 20 mins out the way for them just to be out of Carmel drizzle ruined my 2025 already

Extremely busy location that is understaffed for the volume of customers coming off the highway. Very small as well and bathrooms typically a mess.

You know your drink is about to be bomb when a kind person with blue hair is making it. Delicious, correct drink and even remembered to put my cold brew in a hot cup with no lid so I can not use plastic :) THANK YOU!! ?
PS they were mega busy and cranking out drinks as quick as humanly possible - if you have to wait in a long drive thru line, try turning off your vehicle and walking in.
