Came in short notice and ordered a tray. Ms Priscilla jumped right on it and made it perfect. She was happy to help us set up for a great day of food and football. Highly recommend

Check your food when ordering online! Everytime I come to this Subway location there is always an issue with my order or I have a bad experience with the atmosphere. Today and got a footlong with light mayo and pepper jack cheese, and salt and pepper when I got home and opened my sandwich, to my dismay it had no salt or pepper, and it came with an unesscary amount of mayo and American cheese (Ew). Needless to say I was disappointed. If you are going to go to a Subway in the lumberton area. I suggest the one inside of big walmart on Fayetteville rd.

we ordered 2 subs through the subway app. when I got there , the girl worked at the cashier was rude. said they were out of something thats we tried to ordered. I had to call my husband on FaceTime because I am deaf and I couldn't understand a darn thing she said. i tried to cancel the order , couldn't do it. so we both came back to the store so we all could at least try to figure out how to cancel the transaction on the app. the girl was so rude , and even her mother got involved, I believe there's was lots of swearing going on. I wouldn't come back to this store anymore cause I don't feel safe there anymore.

Subway is one of our favorite fast food restaurants, but will not be going back to this subway. They did not accept coupons although there was nothing on the coupon that prevented this and did not even offer complimentary water.

We got dinner from here earlier in the week which was good. The atmosphere not so good. We returned two days later for dinner again. We tried to use a combo coupon but was told it was not allowed to be used on the chicken bacon ranch foot long. According to the coupon, chicken bacon ranch was not excluded but when we tried to ask the associate to clarify why we couldn't use that coupon; she said because excludes means only those subs listed could be used for that coupon. Obviously, we were quite confused and decided to go elsewhere.

Today is Christmas. Almost no store is open. They are still working hard and very friendly to us. We ordered two tuna sandwiches. The bread is crunchy outside and soft inside. The onion is sweet and we love all vegetables. Super delicious!

After paying for my meal and added 15% tip, I asked employees did they get to keep the tips. I was told the owner keeps the tips from the credit card kiosk. I always tip. Restaurant workers deserve their tip. As an owner, you need to do better if the tips in fact are not making it to the employees. You know, as a customer, I would not add any extra money for a product I'm paying for. This is deceptive.
