I went to Walmart Subway in Lumberton NC and was absolutely disgusted!!
I walked in and employees were at the register but I stood in line more than 5 minutes before I was even acknowledge because I was never greeted. It was 2 pm —After 5 minutes The Indian employee yells” if you want steak or chicken I can’t do it” I asked if she could do a # 23 on Italian herbs and cheese bread on provolone cheese and toasted. The sandwich on the menu says 2x’s provolone but the employee only gave me one serving. I ask why, and the employee told me they were changing the menu, when I asked why she could not fix the sandwich with the description she has posted on the menu she told me she was taken it down today- she acted like she was paying for it!!!
I politely told the lady I did not want the sandwich and walked out. I got in my car drove across the street and got Chic- fil -la. The customer service was on point and the employees were not only professional but greeted me within one minute of arriving. If the employees are gonna treat customers like they did me in the Walmart subway “Just closed DOWN. “

Me and my partner went and we were the only ones there when we order this lady was rushing us when there was no one behind us when I asked her that I wanted another subway she rolled her eyes, got upset, and said “ANOTHER ONE” She had so much attitude and had no respect rushing us and mind you NO ONE WAS BEHIND US. This other lady was very nice, kind and treating us well. The food was good it was just the service I did not like the way that one lady treated us

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. No good morning, can I help you, just a what do you want. I’m currently the only customer in the shop and it takes 20 mins to get my order. The lady making the sandwich gets mad because now she can’t close the sandwich properly. I ordered a 6” hotshot Italiano and it’s crammed full, common sense would tell you not to put a lot of toppings on the sandwich considering the size of it. So now I’m getting ready to purchase my order and I’m trying to use the points from the app I inform her that it’s not letting me scan it and she replies well I don’t have nothing to scan it with I guess you can’t use it.

I went in the store at 8:20 am Monday morning. I asked for service and the lady behind the counter refused me service. She said she would be ready in 5 minutes. According to the website this is open for business at 8am . I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I think this very poor customer. If the is opened at 8am I should have received service at 8am or afterwards.

My wife and I went there, not only were they out of bread but they were also extremely slow. My wife repeated herself about 4 times and eventually we just walked out

there always something preventing them from serving me when I stop by, today i dont even know why but they said night shift could help me later (it was 2:45) they are always rude… i dont like my job either but jeez. subs are good tho but thats not saying much
