Simply inquired about business hours given the Facebook page says they close at 6! Drove over to the location because there is no phone. Messaged the business and the response was very rude and unprofessional. Poor customer service! Will not spend another dime at this place and dimes will add up!

This guy treated me like garbage. We agreed on a wedding cake for October 22. He tells me on the Monday before my wedding I can’t pick my cake up on Saturday that he is closed. However it clearly states he is open on Saturday. He was rude and nasty telling me I had to pick my cake up Friday by 6 or not at all. Never in my life been treated so horribly. Now I have no wedding cake. DON’T USE THIS GUY!!!!

My granddaughter and I stopped by today and she loved her dessert candy apple. I enjoyed my red velvet cake/cheesecake. Good service as well. I was hoping to find pound cake. Maybe next time

#1.Cashier didn't ask for proof of purchase meaning someone else could of take a cake that was already paid for in advance.#2 She had an attitude that was very off putting... after all this business is supposed to make people smile and want to return. #3 Hands me a cake without the box!? What was I supposed to do put it in my car open? Cake was very good though cashier just needs customer interaction courses.
If I could give 0 ?s I would. Earnest was very unprofessional about my cake order that I placed on Monday, February 8, 2021 to be ready by Saturday, February 13, 2021 by 2:00 pm. I asked for one thing and got another. I got sprinkles on the inside(didn't ask for) the character was placed on at the last minute( which was too small?), the order wasn't complete or completely ready at the said time. I was only reimbursed for the items that were not ready, but I was offered store credit for the cake that was NOT paid for off of store credit!!! Why would I want store credit??? For you guys to mess it up again?? I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN AND I'M SURE THE FEELING IS MUTUAL.!!!!

Customer service needs improvement - I placed an order for 10 hot chocolate bombs a week in advance for an event I had planned. I live in Fayetteville and it's a 35 min drive to the shop. Yes there are bakeries in closer proximity to me that sell these bombs but nevertheless I decided to go with Sugar Art for their variety of bombs. I paid when I placed the order and told them the date I needed to pick them up. The day of I drove the 35 mins to pick up the bombs, arrived and they told me they didn't have my order. They did say they could try and remedy the situation by making them at that time but it took almost an hour from the time I arrived for them to do so. So I had to wait in the parking lot with irritated, screaming children while they worked to make the missing bombs. While I understand mistakes are made, it's a complete inconvenience for me to have to wait an hour for something I ordered in advance to not have to do so. As a result my whole timeline for my event was screwed up and all I got was an apology. Not an offer to discount my order or any other compensation. Guess repeat customers aren't high on their priority list
