DONT STOP HERE!!!!! Especially at night. The night manager Mrs Sarah older black woman was very rude and didn't care about anything I had to say. She shrugged her shoulders when asked why everyone else was getting their food before me. Terrible service waited in store 25+ minutes for 2 chessy potatoes! Ridiculous next time I will go to KFC and be out in 5. Worst service in Lumberton, NC employees just ignored me and worked drive thru while in store guests waited ridiculous times to get already paid for food. THE WORST THING IS IT WAS A MOBILE ORDER! JUST TO GET IT AND IT BE COLD. Asked for a refund being it was a mobile order I can't get it back. This shouldnt be legal!

The customer service was great, the food didn’t taste all that hot but the customer service made up for it. I observed how the staff worked together but they cashier was very pleasant and friendly. She was a middle aged woman I believe her name was Tiera but I’m not sure

Took 20 minutes for 1 drink. Multiple people asked what we were waiting for then ignored the ONE DRINK. Got the wrong drink and then asked for the correct one and the man turned around and said “I’m going to spazz” along with other employees saying “I’m going to spazz”. That’s fine I know it gets stressful but if I would’ve gotten my drink the first time then none of that would have had to happen. That’s unfortunate

Always tell someone too pull up no matter what if it’s only drive thru. staff is very mean , always gives you the wrong order speaker operator doesn’t listen or even give you time to order something too eat manager is sorry will make you wait all night on your food too something needs too be done about the place @TacoBellCooparate Needs too come here at closing everyday the staff always outside smoking weed laws riding magically doesn’t see the employee out there it’s wonderful here foods nasty and don’t piss them off you might get food poisoning

I do not recommend going here at all! The service was poor and the food was even worse! My order wasn't correct after several attempts to get it fixed, all attempts failed! I was short on time and after having a receipt that has my order correctly on in after I did it myself on the kiosk, they still didn't get it right after 3 attempts! And the service was just ridiculously slow and they acted like I was invisible and they didn't want to acknowledge I was there as if I was a bother to them! Ughhh! I haven't been back since then!!
