Placed an order here and an employee messed up my order. After taking it back inside the store, he started cursing and said I took the food out of the bag that was never in there. After the manager instructed him to remake the food, he did and this is what he gave me next. I will never return to Taco Bell again to give you guys my money and receive burnt food and be called a theif because an employee was called out because he screwed up an order is unacceptable. I will tell everyone about this experience and I will be contacting your corporate office and the BBB.

Today was the worst experience I have had at this taco bell. Manager or assistant manager needs to expedite better. People were waiting forever. No ice, no sauce out. Sodas had no syrup in them and they didn't tell you they were out. Two girls standing in drive thru just waiting on orders. One can be pushing out orders to the front.

I went here spurs of the moment after a long day. I went to the drive through. U had to pull up and wait on my food for a while. When I got home, nothing in the bag was what I ordered. I took the food back and went in. I don't know if they were short staffed or what but it took a good while for someone to even acknowledge I was even there. It took forever to get my correct order. Another lady there had been waiting for her order for quite sometime.

The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too . I waited 30 min for a door dash order . Saw people come in after me place orders and got them before I did and it was placed online . They always gave attitudes & lines were ridiculous. They need way better management and proper training . They are very disorganized and that’s makes a business not thrive . This is EVERYDAY ! EVERYDAY THE ATTITUDES AND WAY THEY REPRESENT THE COMPANY NEEDS TO BE REEVALUATED QUICKLY! I will be reporting this to corporate!
