Had me pull up so they could bring my food when it was done. While I waited, I saw people who came way after me get their food before me, and it wasn't a big confusing order
I do not recommend going here at all! The service was poor and the food was even worse! My order wasn't correct after several attempts to get it fixed, all attempts failed! I was short on time and after having a receipt that has my order correctly on in after I did it myself on the kiosk, they still didn't get it right after 3 attempts! And the service was just ridiculously slow and they acted like I was invisible and they didn't want to acknowledge I was there as if I was a bother to them! Ughhh! I haven't been back since then!!
They don’t even deserve a one star went there tonight they had people waiting in the line for more than 25 minutes because they would rather stand at the window and talk and play with their phones. Get it together are you there to work or play? I’ll be calling corporate.
Staff is very rude and not helpful. Equipment not working properly and staff yells from behind the counter that customers just "need to learn to use to the kiosk". Food was slapped together and tacos as thin as paper. Do better Lumberton!
After we were told in the drive thru to pull up for our order, we weren't given sauce and the young girl who brought the food said we could pull around and go in and grab it. Plus the "lettuce" added to the Mexican Pizza was literally 6 shreds. I never review but this one was worth leaving Zero stars. I don't know who is in charge but the staff needs a lesson in customer service and the kitchen needs to give what's paid for.

I use to go inside until the covid hit then everything changed. I got to know some of the staff and they were fine. A few hiccups but did not fix them all but.heard my complaints. I made reference on a few occasions they has to make right by what they did with wrong orders because I was coming through the drive- through and orders were wrong when I drove off. I am starting to keep receipts to take to them to express concerns about these ongoing mistakes.
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I ordered off the app and when I got home after picking it up, my tacos, crunch wrap supremes, and quesadillas were basically empty. The tacos barely had anything in them, the crunchwraps were flat with only a stale corn tortilla and sour cream inside of it, and my quesadillas were nothing but tortilla. And since I ordered online, they refused to give me a refund. They offered to replace it, but after the initial service, I didn't want it because I don't trust it. Don't waste your money there.
Kiosk ordering and only staffing enough to where anyone in the lobby is ignored all while raising prices will get you canceled. My family is out until you go back to the basics.
