Ordered takeout. Ordered 3 ribeye steak sandwichs with fries.... Even ordered with a manager named Matt. Stated med cooked and all 3 were well done, no A1 mayo sauce. They were dry and too done. No I didn't call what's the purpose. Last time we ate in the service wasn't great. I won't order take out or eat in again. We need better steak house in Lumberton

I waited forever to place a to go order and was asked to keep waiting and eventually had to just leave. Waste of time.

We went in with a group from work. We were sat quickly and greeted . The waitress took our drink order and the appetizers as well. Drinks arrived fast .
Appetizers followed after a bit of time. The food toom a little longer than expected but I guess since we have 7 people it should have been expected. I think it was just us and one other table .
Overall the experience was just alright nothing to rave about. The food that I got, salad and potato soup were basic. The soup was like reheated Campbell's. In looking at others food it looked ok. The steaks looked horribly overcooked to me . The people were nice and helpful but won't be back .
All in all nothing to write home about .

They would not seat a party of 15. There might have been 5 other people in the place. Told us they didn't have enough staff. It was a Friday about 1 pm. Called Outback and immediately got served.

Well from the beginning I told my friend we should leave because of the file smell. There was a bad odor when you walk in but I decided to go ahead and give it a chance which I should have left, but anyway as we arrive to our seat the booth seat was busta up. The waitress was good but didn't give us refills until we ask for it. The food didn't meet the quality for the price we paid.it, for instance, we order burbon chicken, first of all it wasn't a whole chicken breast. It was a chicken breast slices real thin you can see through it. Then ya'll have the nerve to up charge us for the bourbon sauce that came on the bourbon chicken. What restaurant does that. Seems like there was a upcharge for everything. I knew I should have went with my instinct and walked back out that door when we couldn't smell no food cooking but that file smell. This place needs alot of work done to it, even down to the bathrooms look old and run down. I will not be back and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I have no idea how has place has remained open for so long and the food has been horrible for 15yrs. Chicken tenders was fried to death my ribs looked like a 6yr made them the fries and honey mustard was the best part and the wait staff was helping and friendly but the food was trash.

Parking: It's always empty that's why you can park there easily

steak was ordered med rare,was well done, sent back and next steak was even worse, meal should have competed, but wasnt want ever be back, it use to be a great steak house..
