Village Station 1893 Restaurant

Had a great meal and the inside of the place was cleaner than it had been in past. Will be returning as long as it stays clean.

It is awesome. Music,friendly,good food,family oriented and on bike night Thursdays well wow.

Getting off the highway, we saw the sign on Village Station Restaurant and decided to try it. We both just wanted some good ole' home cooking/comfort food. My beef tips and hubby's NY strip all cooked perfectly. DELICIOUS! Service from Rebecca was fantastic! Highly recommend this place-

Wow was this a great dinner - My husband loved the salad bar and I got a pasta dish that was so large my daughter and I split it, with some leftover. Drinks never emptied and service was fast. The building isn't much from the outside, but wouldn't notice on the inside.

The food was delicious and the staff was awesome! When we walked in, we were greeted by 2 people. I think 1 was the manager. They thanked us for choosing to dine there.

Thursday night Bike Nite - Thanks for hosting. Great friendly staff. I the salad bar, they have beets! Can't beat some beets. Check it on out.

Food was awful!!!! Plan as it gets. McDonald’s is better then this place. Had a nice understanding waitress that trued to get us a discount but management was unwilling to work with us

Owners and staff are always personable and fun. Food is good too!

Today was my birthday and my Friend(Bryan) carry me out to eat...

Disappointing experience... no taste in food items. The fried pickles were too salty & greasy. The beef had no taste stir chicken had no taste the fried shrimp plate had no taste and were very small in size. My chicken grilled plate had a baked roll which I did not get as you can see in the picture... I was wondering because I still saw people kept on coming to eat the food. So be wise in eating here....

I dont know who said this was a soul food restaurant but whom ever did has no clue about food and even less of a clue about soul food. The food was marginal at best. But this is a place where the service will have you return. Don't go looking for a knock you off your feet meal because this is not the place. The best news is there are other dining options close by.

The food and service was great. But some people at the salad bar was not wearing the plastic gloves that were provided. Nobody from the restaurant would say anything to them. My wife and I also noticed it on our last two visits. So we don't eat from salad bar.

I loved it.. I ordered a platter of some kind.had mozzarella sticks chicken wings and omg the BEST onion rings ever.. Will definitely be back for same thing including salad bar ? ty again

It was by far my greatest dining experience in a very long time. Not only was the food wonderful the service was out of this world. On a scale of 1-10 it gets an 11 from our family. We highly recommend The Village Station. We will be returning next month for our 51st anniversary.
