I could see the filth before I walked in store.. I enter and was so disappointed at the nasty store every talk even ppl the ones that ppl sat at waiting was nasty. The whole store was nasty from front to back and wasn't 4 customer inside before I entered two men entered before me and my mate... employee was outside talking to a person at a vehicle where we parked when I exited the building talking about the nasty place she exited from talking and proceed to go back in from the back ... The crew seemed not to care how I felt Abt the store sitting on the butts doing nothing and laughing.. this was the store on roberts ave. So we go to another waffle house... I went to a store I worked in myself over 20 + yrs ago... Clean and the crew was friendly and helpful... My waiter mark was helpful with the menu and the cook James was off the chain. Food was delicious.. I will return this store offended at 3000 west 5thave

This staff is OUTSTANDING! We were on our way home from Myrtle Beach. Jacob greeted us with the best attitude. One of the young ladies waited on us on the way down to Myrtle Beach, and she was just as awesome. We keep coming back to THIS Waffle House because we feel welcome here. BTW, the place is spotlessly clean. Good job guys, keep it up. 💯

What a great decision to stop here for breakfast! The staff were friendly, attentive, and it’s very obvious that they care about what they do and they are good at it. Literally the greatest vibes - everyone smiling and happy, and the food was absolutely awesome. Ate every last bit. I saved this place so if I’m ever in the area again I will stop. They truly hold up to what a Waffle House is supposed to be. (And, IMHO, they are just way better in the South.)

Waffle House breakfast never disappoints. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Our server Tonya was very friendly.
We came in here around 11AM on a Wednesday(7/16). Food was hot, service was excellent, and this Waffle House was actually clean!

As you already know. The first rest stop in North Carolina has reopened North of 95.. This waffle House has a great staff & the food was Excellent. Traveling back to New York a GREAT STOP ✋️
