My experience here today was unpleasant; good food, terrible service.I was overpriced at 2701 N Roberts Ave, Lumberton, NC 28258.I will meditate on this visit for a while.
Our go to breakfast place. Everybody is so nice. Food is consistently good. Have ordered both breakfast and lunch. Secret tip...ask for packets of Waffle House sauce. Smoky flavored mayonnaise that gives a kick to the burgers. Also good on hash browns

We stopped here on our way to South Carolina. 1130 at night . Place looked like they must have just been packed as almost every table was still in need of service, and the staff looked like they had just put in work. Wasn't expecting anything special. However, our server Aimee was just as pleasant as can be and took time with the menu. This is my wifes first time inside a Waffle House, and she was happy. This little diner has that quaint feeling and great food. The staff seemed like they were family even though we knew it wasn't the case. They bantered back and forth with each other in a manner that made us feel like we were part of that family and just hanging out. At midnight, they sang happy birthday to my wife and even put the song on the juke box. This location is a shining star right off I-95. We will be back for the good vibes and great food.

The food was good. I didn't like the idea of my shoes sticking to the floor as I walked.
Rude works didn’t speak when we walked in. They had empty tables but made us wait 15 minutes for them to clean them while they talked to one another. They seated us with food in the seats and acted as the if they didn’t see it. Restaurant was very dirty. My 9! Year old went into the restroom to get paper towels to clean the table. Never will go here again.
The cook was rude and they charge you extra money just to make it a take out order terrible

The cook was connecting his phone to Bluetooth and singing and dancing as he was cooking that wasn't the problem, the problem was I ordered a cheesteak patty melt and I got home and my toast was burnt, I had old hard shredded steak and bacon on my sandwich and I couldn't eat nothing but the hashbrowns and my granddaughter sandwich was the same. The cook name was Reginald from Arkansas.

I will give this place a zero ,did a order online which they changed it when I got there. But they had that radio playing so loud I couldn't hear the waiters talking to meme and a custom was just shaking our head. Then the other 3 workers came in they smelled just like grass and went straight to the stove and started cooking didn't wash there hands...I hope I will never go back there again before I go back there I will go to the one on 5th street. And that was not the jukebox playing.
