Probably the most poorly managed fast food place I've ever experienced. I put my order in on the app 20 minutes ahead of arriving. When I got there, they hadn't even started my order, and I had to wait another 30 minutes.
The poor cashier was having to take orders, and put together orders at the same time. The cashier was the only person moving with a sense of urgency.
Both dining room drink machines were out of order. The dining room was atrocious. The bathroom was a mess. And even the manager on duty didn't seem to care about what was going on.
I never leave reviews, but I say all this to try and spare you your time. If you're looking for fast food, stay away from this Wendy's.

Sold me pink burger staff was very rude said her name was Krystal am calling coporate on this nasty place
Ordered baked potatoe with sour cream & chives & butter.. through drive thru at 6:30 pm.. doors locked. Line long.. no sour cream.. no butter.. chives stuck to top of container.. went back.. nasty attitudes.. see pic.. This senior veteran didn't appreciate it. No more Wendy's for me..

Excellent service, everyone was friendly. We ordered a large fry and they absolutely STACKED our bag with fries. The junior cheese burger deluxe we got with it was perfect. We drive through Lumberton every so often so we look forward to coming back.
