My fries were soggy and cold the customer service was poor I will never eat here again

You can not have the cashier running around trying to do sodas and drinks. When you have a line of people, I don't know if she was the manager or just packing up the food, but she could have done the drinks.Many of us had to leave.I was half hour in the line inside the store... If you have somebody as a cashier, let them be the cashier.Not only that, the poor young man was not even well.Trained he didn't even know where to go and get the sodas

This has to be the worst food ever. A simple spicy chicken combo shouldn't be hard to make. The chicken was dry and probably had been sitting out for a minute, the fries were brown which let's me know the grease hasn't been changed out in forever. I highly recommend the GM or district manage come do a visit and over site of this Wendy's.

Managers beret a d belittle staff in front of guests,the tables are worn and wobble,the bathroom is disgusting,the food is mediocre at best,and the overall look and cleanliness if this particular establishment does not meet Wendy's usual high standards

I'm sick and tired of going through the drive-thru every time I have to go through the drive-thru it's my choice to go through the drive-thru I asked for a cheese potato and I end up getting a potato with chili beans on it onions that's ridiculous have to sit there and wait for them to fix me another one don't get no apologies or nothing and then I did it two days last week just to see if it's going to happen again I order a cheese potato and I got two potatoes with chili beans on it that's the nasty stuff ever didn't notice I had them because I was in a rush until I got all the way to work that makes no sense they need to pay attention to what they are doing in there it is Lumberton North Carolina Wendy's
