By far the worst Zaxbys location I’ve ever been to. Cashier at the window was rude and had hair all the way to floor( no hair net)! Order was totally wrong because she didn’t repeat it back and kept cutting me off. 3 cars in the drive thru and waited over 30min and because the order was wrong had to pull up and wait longer. It’s almost always like this at this location. I don’t understand why something doesn’t change because most of the reviews are terrible.

RIDICULOUSLY slow service. Front end staff was not organized. Pretty sure they forgot the sugar in the sweet tea, ALL OF IT. I watched the cashier throw seasoning tubs onto a customers tray when they asked for it. Took 45 minutes to order, get food, and eat. Ordered 5 meals, got 4 Zaxby’s sauces. Overall poor service.

Ordering from here on DoorDash is so bad they are very sorry they don’t ever get your order right they forget the sauce for the wings or it just looks terrible and they just throw it in the tray.

Literally a waste of time and money to come here. No matter what time you come or what you order you’re guaranteed a ridiculously long wait. Food is always cold and hard. Better off to take your business elsewhere, honestly.

Ordered my food, just a sandwich and a salad. Got pulled up. Waited for 10 mins watching as 10 customers got server that were behind me. All of which were pulled up.Finally was able to flag down an employee as the where walking back into the store from giving another customer (that had been behind me) their food. Asked if I could get my food. The employee walked in and a min later brought my order out. I asked what took so long. They said they were waiting on chicken. Not sure what the 10 customers behind me ordered but apparently it wasn’t chicken. Bad experience all together. I don’t normally complain but this was just bad.

Drove 20 mins for a $50 Order of wings and get back home half of the Order is missing The MANAGER HARLEY get on the phone like I did something to her. Last penny spent with them. Time to push the poor customer service out and get new people

This was the worst Zaxbys we ever visited. They had no soda, no napkins, when we ordered our food they didn't ask if we wanted traditional wings or bone out. I spent over 30.00 here for food that was not worth the price. Their toast wasn't even toasted. Been to several Zaxbys. Just close this one down.
