Pass thru here a bunch for work and always stop here because I've only had good experiences in my dozens of times eating here. They are always nice, not always the most talkative but hey maybe they just weren't having the best day. Every time I get food from here they LOAD up the plates, my favorite is the loaded fries; never had a missing item unless it was a sauce or something that they informed us of beforehand that they were out of. Overall a very clean and in my experience, a well-run establishment. And to the people complaining about wait times... food takes time to cook and they can't serve you undercooked food! Just be patient and courteous and you'll get your food when it's ready! It'll taste better if you don't get impatient waiting for it!

Stopped here while driving to vacation on 95. There a ton of Zaxby's in NC so next time I will try a different location. The only 2 things you need from a Zaxby's is an accurate food order and a clean table to eat on. The dining room had several dirty tables that needed to be cleaned, but the employee out there cleaning spent the full 30 min I was there talking to a customer who went to high school together. Then my order was wrong. I do the 4 finger plate, but I don't get the slaw and get extra toast instead. Of course, it came with 1 toast, I pointed it out, and received blank stares. I paid the extra to upgrade to large drink and large fries. The fries were room temp and a very small quantity. Clearly, it was what was leftover and sitting there. Overall disappointing. I'll drive 15 minutes and stop at the next exit with a Zaxby's.

Been going to this Zaxbys since the day it first opened. Been a loyal customer. I've also been an understanding one cause they sometimes dont have enough employees. But life isnt always easy. BUT WHAT DID IT FOR ME, ITS NASTY. You know a restaurant hasn't had a decent or deep clean when you sit in drive through and can only think about the greasy window full of fingerprints. .but then look behind counter. That place is dirty and the employees also sometimes look dirty. They need a makeover

Horrible experience. I cannot rate or review the food because I never received my order.

Stopped in to attempt to get a quick lunch in the middle of a 16-hr road trip with family. After placing our order for 4 meals, we were still waiting for our food after 20 minutes. When I asked the employees how much longer, one informed me my order was up next. After a few more minutes, at least 2 other customers who came in after me received their orders. I asked what the hold up was and was told “they’re waiting for the meat for the sandwiches”. I told her other customers that came in after me already received their sandwiches. She then directs me to the manager who was attending to another customer complaint. I requested a refund and was told it would take 3-5 business days to refund my debit card. We left and went to Burger King next door.

Additionally, I noticed I was only charged for 3 meals after ordering 4 (and receiving 4 drink cups) so my order would have been short anyway. This place needs to DO BETTER.

Highly NOT recommended especially since there are other options nearby.

We had a DoorDash issue of receiving someone else’s order. We drove to Zaxbys with the other persons order and told them what was happening.
They apologized and remade our order since DoorDash delivered it somewhere else.

This place does not even deserve 1 star. Every single person, including the manager, was so rude. As a CEO of a company I would feel embarrassed to call these people apart of their team.

Ordered our food at 2:39 and waited until 3:05 to get our food. I understand waiting sometimes when staff is limited, but I watched multiple people come in order their food and get it much sooner after me.
