Pass thru here a bunch for work and always stop here because I've only had good experiences in my dozens of times eating here. They are always nice, not always the most talkative but hey maybe they just weren't having the best day. We had a DoorDash issue of receiving someone else’s order. We drove to Zaxbys with the other persons order and told them what was happening.
They apologized and remade our order since DoorDash delivered it somewhere else.

Zaxby's food is always good at any location so I can't say anything about the taste of the food. I eat here at least once a week. The Lumberton Zaxby location is the worst one as far as speed and service I have ever been to. There's always five or six cars in the Drive-Thru. I always have to wait for about 15 minutes every time. The worst part is, never have I ever been through there when my order was correct. Without fail, something will be missing from my order...
