Zaxby's food is always good at any location so I can't say anything about the taste of the food. I eat here at least once a week. The Lumberton Zaxby location is the worst one as far as speed and service I have ever been to. There's always five or six cars in the Drive-Thru. I always have to wait for about 15 minutes every time. The worst part is, never have I ever been through there when my order was correct. Without fail, something will be missing from my order...

Food(Chicken & Fries) were good ! When worker at the drive thru window gave me my food...he said nothing. I mean do the Manager, NOT tell the workers to say,"Thank you come again"? ?↔️??
