My husband and I ate here for the first time today. Was in Town to get oil change and thought we'd stop. We live an hour away. All I can say about Zeno's is I'm driving an hour next time I want the best Italian food.

My Sister in law who lives in Lumberton told me about Zeno's. I was stationed in Italy for 4 years, so I love Italian food. I live in Spring Lake and had to bring my brother home who lives in Lumberton so I stopped at Zeno's before heading home. I ordered the Zeno's baked spaghetti and it was delicious! They gave me a complimentary Alfredo to try and it was delicious as well. I will definitely be going back the next time I am in Lumberton!

This place is Italian only in name. You simply cannot throw marinara on a plate with fried foods and call it Italian!I have had frozen meals that were more desirable than this. The service was terrible, orders were messed up, untrained and inadequately dressed waitresses running around with no direction, attention to detail, or time management skills. I'm no Italian, but I know quality when I see it, and this isn't it.No music to be heard in the room we were placed in, just the noises of screaming kids and their loud phones. I would say that the atmosphere here is for deaf people or people who are not sensitive to sound.We waited and waited for them to bring us the Correct food. It finally came after 20+ minutes waited for them to cook it all over again. This place is a debacle. 2/10 do not recommend.

I ordered an Italian sub without lettuce, tomato, and onion, I am allergic to tomato when the order got here. It was cold and hard and also had lettuce, tomato and onion. The delivery driver ask where I was and how to get to me in the hotel I said 3 rd floor room and he acted like he didn’t understand the directions how hard is it to get on the elevator and find the room , then I call back to talk to manager and he question me that I really have lettuce tomato and onion on there like wow was I really seeing things and making this up? No, I wasn’t. Hello why would somebody make up something like that being allergic to tomato? How Rude and how Ridiculous!! I definitely will look at the reviews before I place another order anywhere after this ridiculous and unnecessary drama! And was given no refund or remade ! SmashDietary restrictions: I’m severely allergic to tomatoes and they put tomatoes on my food!!!

Came tonight ordered and picked up my calzone which was supposed to be hamburger,pepperoni,sausage with extra cheese.Upon getting back to another county ready to eat.My calzone was loaded with HAM!!! This happened before and I had to come back to replace . Tonight I had to got out and spend more money to eat..I saved my order and will visit on Monday since they are closed on Sunday for my refund or a replacement. We have been loyal customers for years.Please do better and have staff listen to the customer and write out the order some don't.Thanks in advanceDisappointed Loyal Customers.

I got baked ziti. It was ziti with mozzarella melted on top under a broiler not baked. Garlic bread was good and service was excellent but food was just ok.
