Hardee’s

Ordered the ranch chicken tender wraps yet no ranch was on either wrap!! This happened the last time so I asked for an extra ranch sauce twice, one at the order station and one at the window and employees confirmed they would get it. No extra ranch sauce was provided.

In the morning I think about everyone retired or disabled, and everyone going to work stops here, the breakfast is great 👍 and they are so nice and really trying to get your order, great value meau, great food!

I have been to Hardee’s this week and everyday my biscuits have fell apart this morning my bacon egg and cheese biscuit look like scrap cheese and bacon was not on biscuit and egg was everywhere with biscuit fell apart. Please take care of the matter and make better biscuits.

Ordered the double bacon cheeseburger combo and paid for a double bacon cheeseburger combo,but what did I receive?A damn single bacon cheeseburger combo!!! Was the person wrong for picking up my order and not checking the order absolutely,but it is just as much your fault for having incompetent workers who can't read and do not take the time to check and re-check orders before they send them out!!!! I am tired of paying for items that I want and getting what you want to send out!!! Thank you Hardee's for making the list of dumb and incompetent!!!! To damn bad I can't give you a minus 00 stars rating cause i would!!! Just last month your charged me for a large soda that I never received with my order!!!! Maybe I should just stick with BURGER KING!!!!

Fast service and clean dining room. Only thing I would want to change is the bread on my burger was smashed down flat. I'd rather have it like it comes out of the bag or oven, puffy.

This is personal for me, I ordered the 5.99 meal no onions, and a mushroom and Swiss. Important fact I'm allergic onions. I received my food pretty quick considering how busy they were. I took a bite of my sandwich and got a mouth full of onions. Immediately my throat began to swell. I looked at the receipt and it said no onions. So I asked for a refund. This became a problem. You see the General Manager began to shame me for not wanting them to remake my food and not telling them that I am allergic. While I'm vomiting and can hardly speak. Needless to say I will be calling corporate and will never visit this location ever again.
