This is the nastiest place I have ever ate at. I just pulled a 12 inch piece of hair out of my food. Disgusted…..

This is personal for me, I ordered the 5.99 meal no onions, and a mushroom and Swiss. Important fact I'm allergic onions. I received my food pretty quick considering how busy they were. I took a bite of my sandwich and got a mouth full of onions. Immediately my throat began to swell. I looked at the receipt and it said no onions. So I asked for a refund. This became a problem. You see the General Manager began to shame me for not wanting them to remake my food and not telling them that I am allergic. While I'm vomiting and can hardly speak. Needless to say I will be calling corporate and will never visit this location ever again.

Had a solid experience here. Large order for the whole family so I went inside to order it so I wouldn't hold up the drive thru line (or screw up the order). The gentlemen at the register was extremely friendly and patient. Food was great, I recommend the chicken sandwich

Ordered online, got there in 15 minutes but was not ready. I think when places say your order is ready and isn't they could offer you a small drink for waiting.

This particular Hardee’s location in Madison,NC has the absolute best food! I eat breakfast here often. The cooks really put their skills into making the food perfectly seasoned and well made. Every morning I visit the young man inside and he greets me with a friendly smile, he seems to even remember my order, giving the perfect amount of condiments that I had initially asked for in my previous visits. From the excellent customer service to the delicious food, this Hardee’s location and the staff deserve an award. Kudos for making people’s mornings bright!

2 cashiers didn’t get my order my right handed me my order I sat there in drive thru waiting on my milkshake and they asked me I needed anything else clearly I ordered a milkshake with my order those dumb cashiers didn’t put on my order tried to charge me for a milkshake a boy with Orange hair with freckles and other one was a female black hair light skin she told me to tell the cashier at the window about my milkshake while I was ordering ? I won’t be coming back ever ??
