Having an online order and waiting 45 minutes after it was supposed to be ready is ridiculous so after an hour and 15 minutes after placing the order you get there and have to wait that long and you're still missing items im sorry I dont understand what's so complicated about it apparently its as difficult to put chicken in a bag as it is to build the Falcon space shuttle who knew

How can you not read a ticket and get the order correct? It doesn't matter what I order because every time I order I get what you want to put in the bag,two different times you have not given me the drink with my combo order!!!! No receipt put with the bag so my pick up person can check the order and verify what I'm supposed to have!!! Why don't you try this method,check the items in the bag then confirm the order is correct put the receipt with the bag on the pick-up orders in the designated pick-up orders location!!! If I could give minus stars you would be at a minus 3!!!!

Most orders you will wait 30-45min or more. No matter what you order, you hav to pull into a parking space- even if you are the ONLY person there! “Chicken is 25min, extra crispy is 20 more minutes & livers is 20 more minutes” meaning 65minutes. “one fryer is broken”- they say this every time. Attitudes stink.
Food was good nothing really special about it other than they got everything right on first try that seems rare these days

We just left kfc in Mayodsn. All workers outside smoking never came in. Just left . Never acknowledged us owner needs to pull video. Time 12.10 to 12.15 happened just now

This has happen multiple times we order a big order and don't receive everything this time was short chicken again mashed potatoes and gravy didn't receive biscuits wasn't cooked doughy and tryed two call and they want answer the phone
