Have had to file a complaint about the Madison location. Some chicken portions way too small for the price. Can only use the rewards points separately, can't be combined. We love KFC but we just moved back and our local Popeyes was much better in Raleigh. Gonna try again and see what happens.

I came here one night and ordered the boneless BBQ tenders, but unfortunately, they weren’t that great. I left a review expressing my concerns, and the manager, Deja, reached out to me directly. She handled the situation with complete professionalism and made it right by replacing our food.
Deja truly went above and beyond — the way she handled everything is exactly how a great manager should act. Because of her excellent customer service, I’ll definitely be coming back. We need more managers like Deja!

Lazy manager acts like making a drink for a delivery order is to much much work for her and dont even get me started on the lowsey service, dont place an order here unless your willing wait 20+ minutes an there ALWAYS out of chicken how is that even possible its a CHICKEN RESTAURANT do your job and make sure you make enough for the orders to summarize save your money and time and dont go here frozen chicken taste better anyway

Having an online order and waiting 45 minutes after it was supposed to be ready is ridiculous so after an hour and 15 minutes after placing the order you get there and have to wait that long and you're still missing items im sorry I dont understand what's so complicated about it apparently its as difficult to put chicken in a bag as it is to build the Falcon space shuttle who knew
