Always enjoyed Mayflower.

Customer service & surroundings were good, but the scallops for dinner we ordered were very hard & chewy! TBH. When the cashier asked how dinner was, we told them about the scallops & his remark was, “ ya, yesterday someone complained about them also.” Well then……….

Took forever to get our food and they weren’t busy. Knew something was wrong with this restaurant when we entered on a Friday afternoon around 5 and they’re weren’t busy. The food was greasy and we were very disappointed as this used to be a good place to eat. No more for us !!

I haven't ate there in a long time because the last time I ate there the food upset my stomach. but I decided today to try it again, hoping that maybe it was just me. I ordered the white fish and shrimp, and my daughter ordered chicken tenders and fries. After eating my daughter started feeling bad complaining that her stomach was bothering her. I myself started feeling bad a little later, and actually became sick on my stomach. so lesson learned ! I will never eat there again !!!

Terrible! Anybody who likes this must have never eaten good Seafood. Atmosphere is terrible...looks like a cafeteria. Filthy...floor & seats covered in food crumbs. Tacky place mats & glasses with ads. Service was the worst!!! Food was greasy, overcooked & gross. Plate covered with greasy hushpuppies to make portion appear bigger. The baked potato had black spots throughout & hard. The cole slaw was dry & the sauce didn't quite taste right...as if the mayo was spoiled in the tartar sauce. The price was ridiculous for this experience & junk...we could have went somewhere nice for the price AND everyone was sick later that night, so no doubt something was spoiled. I will never go back & advise you not to go...drive to Eden...there's an excellent Seafood house, clean, great service & good Seafood & only about 20 minutes away from Madison.

Great place for seafood, service is dedicated to the customer, prices are reasonable and fair. Quantity of food is perfect.

You need to get your receipt and check it before you pay, we were charged for water, the food had a terrible taste, flounder and fried shrimp, been years since we were there, want be going back, please check your receipt,

Ordered take out. Never get a receipt and I have given them several chances in the past 6 months. All the seafood is undercooked. I got shrimp and it was mushy and tasted bad. They never give your money back all they say is the sign says check boxes before leaving. I'd suggest taste your food before leaving. A huge waste of money. I ate 3 pieces and couldn't stomach anymore. Not thanks no more chances. Lost my business. They use to actually have good food. Not sure what you people are doing to save a dollar but it isn't saving you a thing losing your customers. I hate you don't have a zero rating. Do not waste your money....

Awesome! Food is amazing and daily specials make it VERY affordable. 4 of us ate at an average of around $11/piece TOTAL AFTER TAX!
