I can’t understand how friendly the faces are but mindless behind the smile????!!!! I frequent McDonalds all over the United States, this by far the worst! This Mc Donalds is a train wreck!!! They NEVEEEEEER get your order correct, even down to a senior coffee, if they put the correct sugar & cream ? The coffee is cold!!! Must be nice to get a pay check for participation. IT IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!!!

We ordered breakfast at 10:15am on the app. Arrived literally right before they changed the drive-thru menus to lunch (we watched them change as we waited five minutes for someone to speak). We pulled up to the first window and she tells us she can’t process any of the food because it was breakfast even though we ordered before the cut off time. So we said fine we will order lunch. She said we had to pull over and wait because they just changed to lunch and “it’s gone take a while.” We sat there fifteen minutes before I finally walked inside. Stood there for another five minutes. No one ever acknowledged me. The person that looked like a Manager (pink shirt) looked me dead in the eyes and never said “be right with you” or anything. I saw the girl from the drive-thru walking out to my truck that was waiting so I followed her out to get my food. I have a feeling I am going to get charged for the food I didn’t get as well as the food I had to re-order so I’ll be calling soon I’m sure! Just a bad experience all around!

Ordered on the app, double cheeseburger and a regular cheese burger, got home and all that was on it was meet and cheese. Called and spoke with a crew member because she couldn't find the manager and she was rude and hung up on me, I continued to call back to back until someone answered, it was the manager....so she said but got my name to replace it within the next week, when ever I decide to go back. This happens every time I order on the app, 9 times out of 10 I always have to call back about my order messd up. I'll start looking at my food before I leave the drive thru, I don't care if theirs a line of cars behind me, my food will be right before I leave.

It's a McDonald's... not terrible, but you also know what to expect. The food came out warm (not hot) even though we waited for it, but still decent enough to eat. Again, it's nothing fancy, just fast food so you know what to expect.

Today around 9-ish, I placed an order at the drive through. A biscuit and gravy and a hash brown. The biscuit and gravy was delicious, however, my hash brown was nowhere to be found inside the bag. Two items in which I paid for and they couldn't even get that right. I tried calling them to hopefully sort this out and no one would answer the phone which leads me to here....

Was there around 2:00 pm no line at drive thru however no one to take orders after 10 minutes someone finally took order got to pay window another delay 5 minutes I don’t think they will be bothered with me again

EVERYTIME I order a mccafe item in the morning it’s always incorrectly made, there’s always no ice in the iced drinks, and the drinks are filled HALF WAY. The employees are always rude and i never ever complain!! This is the first time and I have had enough, This town’s fast food industry sucks and this McDonalds is a huge part of it, me and so many other residents agree. I’m pretty sure half the employees are on hard drugs. Breakfast food isn’t even made right, they half ass everything. I will drive to Mayodan to go to the other McDonald’s because at least I get all my food in the bag, straws and everything. This McDonald’s needs a reform or we need a new fast food restaurant under good management. I don’t want my food being made by people who look and act like their on drugs

Food is fine. Been 3 times over a month each time near lunch time. Manager on shift is slow doesn’t act like anyone is there. Nobody acts like ur there actually. Work buddies and I just don’t go anymore after this time there is nothing fast about it. It’s honestly less time to go to tianos and sit down
