3 hash browns and a large coke. Waiting over 10 minutes during breakfast at 730am is ridiculous.
This place is a 50/50 on whether or not toy are going to have the correct stuff. Ask for a Caramel Macciahto and they will give you a black coffee instead.

While other McDonald’s are turning their locations into “get your food and get out” environments, this one still has a great environment. I definitely would go out of my way to eat here
Did a mobile order. Said their soda machine was down so I had to pay more when I got there for a tea. Also tried to give me a receipt for the wrong order. Then at the second window they try to give me someone else’s food. Oh and what do they do? They hand me a soda. At that point you can just keep the extra two dollars

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Lobby full of 10 people waiting and the manager continues to look at the lobby and no fulfill orders. Watched the manager be rude to a paying customer. After waiting 25 mins for a happy meal I counted my losses and left.

Short staffed. Waited at register for check-out. Drink machines were not working. Carbonation was not right. Staff were working and others aimlessly moving like in a fog.

I was extremely disappointed with this McDonald’s location on Veterans Day. Many restaurants make an effort to show appreciation by offering something special to veterans, and it was disheartening to see this place choose not to participate. As a veteran, it felt dismissive and out of touch.
A simple gesture goes a long way, and unfortunately, this location missed an important opportunity to show gratitude to those who served. I hope they reconsider in the future, because the lack of acknowledgment this year left a very negative impression.

Thank you for your reply. I understand that participation in special offers may vary by location.
However, as a veteran, I was very disappointed that my local McDonald’s did not participate in the Veterans Day free meal promotion.
🇺🇸 Veterans Day is a meaningful occasion for those of us who served, and I truly appreciate when companies like McDonald’s take the time to honor veterans.
That’s why it was disheartening to visit my local restaurant and find that they were not participating — especially when other locations were.
Could you please confirm whether the Madison NC restaurant was officially listed as non-participating?
I’d also appreciate it if you could share my feedback with the local franchise owner or the appropriate stakeholders.
Hopefully, in the future, all McDonald’s locations will participate in recognizing veterans on this important day.

I stopped going to the Mayodan location in favor of this one because this store was quicker and more accurate with their order filling. During the entire month of monopoly every order only came with one game piece when every item should have had them. I'm sure the employees benefited greatly from customer pieces. Today I ordered large mcnugget meal and the fries barely filled half the container. Most people don't check before leaving the store so they can't get this corrected. This store needs to retrain it's employees on filling fries. It's not that hard, really. McDonald's should probably implement some sort of weight system because this happens a lot and customers know that there are ways to make the same small amount of fries look like more. Look it up on YouTube. Fast food isn't cheap food anymore so stop wasting our money.

This is the second time I have received the wrong happy meal. I ordered a six piece nugget and got a cheeseburger instead. I live 30 minutes away I should have checked before pulling away lesson learned! I’m sure the car in front of me got my order!
Jessi has always been amazing to me in the drive thru. Take care of him!
