You get regularly pulled when in drive through only to receive food that is not fresh.

Food is fine. Been 3 times over a month each time near lunch time. Manager on shift is slow doesn’t act like anyone is there. Nobody acts like ur there actually. Work buddies and I just don’t go anymore after this time there is nothing fast about it. It’s honestly less time to go to tianos and sit down

Sunday 4/6/25 lunch crew is the a-team. Big drive thru order everything was right, fast and fresh. We’ve had plenty off bad experiences here last several months but todays crew killed it on our meal.

I know it's fast food but asking a customer to pull to the side because you can not figure out how the cups goes in the cup dispenser. Never ask what size drink to begin with automatically change a large drink.

Terrible service food almost cold order was not made as was ordered missing items from order. As many bad reviews they should just fire the whole staff and tear the building down. If you want McDonald's use the one beside walmart, this one is terrible.

I have refrained from spending my money at either of these stores due to the management. The staff are not trained well and can not deliver customer service or the items that are listed their menu.
Food wasn’t even made, top bun wasn’t on my burger. Manager was stupid and didn’t want to do his job. Took 35 minutes to get my food. If you’re from out of town don’t ever stop in the hell hole of an establishment.

Wouldn’t give this place a one star but had to leave something…. Take yourself to Mayodan Mcds or eat something else. This place you’ll be guaranteed to make you wait minimum 15 minutes then they will mess your order up. I’ve waited 20 minutes for 1 iced Carmel coffee. My husband went through the line and took them 15 minutes to even knowledge him after taking other orders then a rude ass employee(who was a woman) came on the intercom. It’s just that simply to be patient especially if you’re working with the public. Keep your attitude to yourself. Never going here again after the way he was spoke too.

Went through the drive through. Burger was the worst. Unlike any other McDonald's. Inconsistent and flat soggy bread. Fries were cold, old and unsalted. Coke was as expected.
