Usually not one to complain but me and my wife did an online order and ended up waiting over an hour and a half to get our food after being asked for our receipt 3 times just to get our food the guy was nice enough to give us a free cheese bread but did not give us the 4 drinks we ordered plus our wings were a mix of boneless and traditional after ordering boneless no ranch or sauce was given and while pulled we witnessed 10 other people get there food very upset and pissed about this

Just ordered the Super Supreme Pan Pizza it's been years since I've had one. It was delicious. Placed my order and it was ready in 20min. I'm still going to give it 5 stars but they have NO delivery drivers. I don't use Door Dash and hope I never have to so I'm verbally going to give it 3.5 Stars. This location does have dine in which none in my home town has anymore so that is a plus. I tried to order the exact same pizza earlier today and it rang up to $18 and some change but after recording later today it came up to $23 somehow don't really understand that part.

Visiting family and went when buffet had just closed. We were going to order pizza. However the waitress said we could still order a Buffet it was "still open" and was very encouraging that we still could. Other guest came in right behind us and the same thing was told to them. They also ordered Buffet. There was a very limited amount of food left in the buffet. We asked when they were going to bring more pizza we were told they were not. The waitress went over and turned the buffet light out. Clearly not enough food for 2 tables of guest. We ate what we could, left unsatisfied. Should of know better as the first time we went there a few months ago we ordered buffet. We ordered pasta dishes. The waitress encouraged us to order buffet, there was pasta there and we would save money. We all looked at the buffet and agreed to the Buffet. The resturant was very busy. By the time we sat down, completed our order went back to the buffet the pasta was all gone. Asked how long before they bring out more. The waitress said there will be no more pasta cooked as they were out. Lesson learned when in Madison do not go to Pizza Hut. Is it the waitress, management I do not know. The food was okay for what I was able to try. This does not mean Madison is bad. Other businesses and People in Madison are very nice and welcoming.

Don’t waste your time or money here. I’ve been going to this Pizza Hut since I was a young kid and it’s just gotten worse since Jasper left. On the off chance you can actually place an order, your food is always going to be wrong. Uncooperative staff, horrible restaurant. Make pizza at home or take your business elsewhere. Sick of this place.

Staff is short. Staff wants to stand around and not do anything when they have customers. Taking almost an hour to get one pizza. Server messed up another customers order by not putting it in so customer said to cancel and leave. Not a very good location in my eyes. This location needs help and actual employees that want to work and not stand around and or do nothing. Not a very good look for the company let alone the town.
