First of all, I LOVE the brand of ice cream they use. My favorites are mint chocolate chip and black cherry. I've been here two times. I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness of this business. I ordered 2 scoops of mint chocolate chip and 1 scoop of black cherry. I needed it in a container because I was taking it home. There were no lids that fit. The person gave me no bags, napkins or a spoon. A young woman served me the first time.Second time I went there, a young man served me. Same issue with the lids, none fit. Both employees were sitting down when I came in. Why not clean the windows where the ice cream is kept? People see this. How about cleaning the door inside and out making it look better? The tile floor? It needs attention! Yes, I expect the best service, and a clean establishment. We pay for good quality ice cream!

Today was our first time trying Scoops and we're not disappointed! Staff was really nice. They have affordable ice cream, shakes and coffee, and it's a clean establishment with good energy. They gave us free cookies to sample as well:) we'll definitely be back!
