I ordered online, then get a phone call from subway to tell me they are out of meatballs so there for I had to pick a totally different subway,so I ask for the spicy Italian I gave special order to the woman that was on the phone and she acted like she understood!! I got my sub and yes it was almost made like I asked, except for i asked for it to be toasted (it wasn't) and I asked for oil and vinegar on the side (I didn't get) while on the phone with her it sounded like a party going on in the background! Been eating at this subway for almost 30 years and it's had it's ups and downs but nothing major that's why I still go there but don't call me and tell me your out of something and I specifically tell you on the phone what I want and still get it wrong!!

Would leave no star if I could. Walked in to be greeted by “how many subs” I said give us a few minutes. She proceeded to blow and say loudly I’m ready to go! Took business else where. Very rude and unprofessional.
Subway has become way too expensive for what you're getting.

Literally bought two meals, immediately told me no meat for one of the sandwiches. I had someone else pick up the meals and the whoever worked the evening shift didn’t tell the person chips or drinks just gave them the sandwiches. Got home after work to eat and a cold cut combo was beyond uneadible. Soaked in sweet onion teriyaki that’s all you could taste and on top of it every bite lead to that sauce dripping out of the sandwich and all over face and mouth. Don’t think I will order at this subway again

Went at 7:50pm with the thought that we were going to sit at a table and eat. Chairs and tables were up or slide against wall. Checked to see if it was closing time and they didn't close until 9pm. Service was ?.

I order subs almost every week over the phone, and my husband picks it up. Brianna is the girl I speak to, I know this because of her voice, and I did ask her name on this order. I wanted to mention her because she is so nice every time I call,and my husband said they are very friendly when he picks up.

Placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 3:10 didn't leave there until 3:18 due to the kid making my sandwich taking care of other customers before me and switching our sandwiches up. Now the rest of my order is cold and I am upset. I'd like to hear back on why this happens. This is unacceptable. Yet fast food restaurant workers want more money. Bad thing is I even tipped them. Wish I could change that up but since I was trying to help and do a mobile order I got shafted

My husband has severe red meat allergies. This Subway has always accommodated him but this past Sunday I went there and asked if they would get a new tuna from the back since I could see the tuna was next to the roast beef and didn’t want to take any chances of roast beef being mixed in the tuna. The employees told me they were not allowed to go and get from a new tuna. I asked twice and they both looked at me and said no. There are not many options for red meat allergies when eating out for him and this has always been one of my go too but now as they stated that’s their new management rules. I guess we will have to just go the better Subways from now on.
Young lady named Yareli and young man named Jamir are always delightful and polite and right on point i o ly go there when they r there those two deserve recognition because they r truly

The young lady with blonde hair and braided pigtails that served us today messed up our online order and was BEYOND rude when I called to get them remade. I understand mistakes happen.....but she never apologized and wanted to argue with me about the sandwiches I ordered while holding the receipt in my hand. The lady that was working with her was polite. That one worker just needs more customer service training.

Usually a gr8 experience @ this particular subway. My wife and I always buy @ least 2 of the footlong chicken, bacon, ranch subs, & about 7 xs out of 10 we buy 3, the extra one for daddy. All 3 subs are each a footlong, & on the itialian herbs & cheese sub bread, & all 3 are always chicken, bacon, ranch subs with the rotisserie chicken, & all 3 are mixed with pepper jack cheese & yellow shred blend & always all 3 toasted. Then Usually my wife will add all the toppings for each individual sub, which is pretty basic...(2 with- lite lettuce, onions, pickles, banana peppers, lite jalapeños peppers, & the 3rd with- lite lettuce, onions, pickles, olives, all 3 salt & pepper, extra ranch, & extra extra Baja Chipotle. ) We usually use either coupon 2 for $12.99 or 3 for $17.99 & get chips &/or cookies, if not both. 3 separate times, @ the same location, different days of the week, different times of day/afternoon/evening/early night, the same 2 younger ladies, 1 blonde hair, & 1 dark brown hair with tat under her ear, BOTH are rude, disrespectful, rolling eyes, attitude problems. & I mean all 3 different times of the month, different days of the week, & different times of the days, BOTH of the 2 young ladies have had an attitude, rude, & disrespectful. Now the young black lady is amazing, every single time we go in this location & she's working she's so sweet, caring, friendly, helpful, smiling, polite, knowledgeable, honest, truthful, respectful. She always does a GR8 job fixing each sub & we've been @ this subway location with her working more than 5 differeny times, she's ALWAYS ALWAYS DONE A GREAT, FANTASTIC, WONDERFUL, AMAZING JOB & ALWAYS ALWAYS SMILING & POLITE & RESPECTFUL. From now on, I will turn around and walk out if the 2 young ladies that are always rude & working I will NOT do business with them working.
Parking: Needs more parking space options &/or locations. It's almost always hard to find a parking place near the subway, we have to always walk about 2 rows over away from the subway. I have had to park at dollar tree to go to subway.

This place has great food for subway, but AVOID CONNIE. She handled my sandwich without washing her hands or changing her gloves from cleaning. She also yelled at a much younger employee, and left her hanging with a line. It took so long to get my sandwich that I actually had to leave and go back to work without eating lunch since I work in the medical field, and get very strict lunch breaks. Seriously I actually WANT people to meet Connie so they know how bad she is for this place. We need people to speak up

Few of the people r nice but THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE AND HATEFUL AND LAZY ALL SHE DOES IS SIT AND TALK TO PEOPLE AND PLAY ON HER PHONE AND THE WORKS DO TO from the Williams family "buzz"
