If I could give a Negative star about the service I would I called to Check prices On subs for an office A young lady answered the phone And once I told her what I needed, she sat the phone down I could hear talking in the background then I could hear someone pick the phone up and hang it up. I tried calling back four more times and no one would answer the phone. I drove by and there was not one soul in the parking lot or in the restaurant itself. I’m highly disappointed in whoever they have working there this morning.

Childish staff have no sense of customer service do not eat here. I watched them pick up cookies with bare hands.
Guess if you like watching the manager and his girlfriend that works there make out and frequently ignore people to do so and go out of their way to make people uncomfortable instead of doing their jobs and leaving that crap at the door it’s a good place to eat. Otherwise it’s a disgrace and they should be fired. The food sucks and tastes like cigarette smoke the times I had ate there. They frequently take breaks and leave the store vacant. It’s a very bad way to do business and the franchisee owner Scott Seffles seems to be in on it and gives employees there peoples numbers that reach out and complain about the issues. Very bad way to run a business

Employees are rude and don't care to listen to what you order. Chicken was cold even though I had it toasted. Chips were stale, wouldn't come to this subway again.

Gave us a foot long that was supposed to be a 6 inch, had to be told to put more toppings on a menu sub, food was barely warm. Food tasted fine but the service needs work, maybe an extra employee at the front.

I got cursed out just because I asked something simple I had witnesses I can't get a hold of a store manger they took my money and never got subs either

If I could give this location zero stars, I would! I placed an order online and immediately realized it had put it in for this location instead of the city I live in which is about 30 minutes away. I proceeded to call numerous times to try to cancel the order. No one answered. When the order showed ready I decided to drive all the way to that location to pick the order up. I arrived at the location 35 minutes past when it said the order was ready and they had not even started preparing the food yet. The two women working at this location were extremely rude and unprofessional. One of them finally said they could cancel the order since they didn’t have what I ordered and I paid with a credit card. I don’t know how Subway continues to stay open with workers of this caliber and the lack of food that’s on the menu. All they had to do was answer the phone and it all could’ve been avoided! Never again!
People working were very rude. Didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in the door. When they did finally acknowledge us they were very short and rude.
Online order at 6:30. Food supposed to be ready at 6:50, arrive to Subway at 6:55 and nothing has been even started. At 7:10 I am told they don't have any steak. The order was for two steak and cheese subs. Unbelievable terrible service.

I ordered online, then get a phone call from subway to tell me they are out of meatballs so there for I had to pick a totally different subway,so I ask for the spicy Italian I gave special order to the woman that was on the phone and she acted like she understood!! I got my sub and yes it was almost made like I asked, except for i asked for it to be toasted (it wasn't) and I asked for oil and vinegar on the side (I didn't get) while on the phone with her it sounded like a party going on in the background! Been eating at this subway for almost 30 years and it's had it's ups and downs but nothing major that's why I still go there but don't call me and tell me your out of something and I specifically tell you on the phone what I want and still get it wrong!!

Would leave no star if I could. Walked in to be greeted by “how many subs” I said give us a few minutes. She proceeded to blow and say loudly I’m ready to go! Took business else where. Very rude and unprofessional.

Literally bought two meals, immediately told me no meat for one of the sandwiches. I had someone else pick up the meals and the whoever worked the evening shift didn’t tell the person chips or drinks just gave them the sandwiches. Got home after work to eat and a cold cut combo was beyond uneadible. Soaked in sweet onion teriyaki that’s all you could taste and on top of it every bite lead to that sauce dripping out of the sandwich and all over face and mouth. Don’t think I will order at this subway again
