My quesadilla was not fully cut i could pick it up and its was still be in one piece .I am missing a regular Dorito taco and the Dorito supreme combo the sour cream was not present on the tacos and I order too lime refresher I received my order one was strawberry and one was lime (I ordered off of Uber Eats but this is the store that it’s came from)

They struggle. Must be hard to find help. Taking orders is hard. Kept getting the order wrong and then wouldn't take the items that wasn't asked for off the order.

aside from my food taking forever - there are 2 small children (elementary school or younger) sitting in a booth with a laptop set up in front of them. i presumed mom was ordering or waiting for food, bahaha NO, to my surprise she’s employed there and working. this wouldn’t be an issue if the children weren’t unruly as all get out. inches away from an elderly lady’s food and table. running around the entire restaurant asking everyone how old they were etc, couldn’t even enjoy my sub par meal. then onto the actual order and food 😂 order on the kiosk as nobody was available at the front register. after 20 minutes of waiting for a quesadilla i spoke with a employee who couldn’t find my order in the back, she printed it from said register took my food to go💀

Went tonight to get food but the food was terrierble as well as the tea. I had more bread than what was supposed to be on the inside and for a 5 beefy layer burrito it's supposed to include meat. My fiances food was cooked to hard she couldn't eat it. Staff needs better training on their positions because it was not worth what I paid.

Just went through the drive thru and I was missing multiple items when I got home out of the supreme luxe box and my grilled cheese burrito I asked for sour cream on it and I kid you not there was nothing but sour cream barley any meat on it at all usually I don’t have this bad of an experience especially for the price

Went through the drive thru to pick up our order and received the wrong food . Went to the door and inside was closed knocked on the door and lady said we had to go back through the drive thru even though this was clearly their fault . We had already waited in the line for twenty minutes and they expected us to wait another twenty minutes for the right food that was clearly their fault . There is no excuse for this . I even called and talked to a man on the phone who had a woman screaming at him in the background that said policy is they have to go back through the drive thru and I asked could they just bring the correct food to the door that they messed up and they said no . This is extremely ridiculous . Customer service was beyond terrible . They mess up and they should make it right instead of making a huge in convenience on something on their behalf completely unacceptable as well for the way the manager thought it was ok to yell at the guy I was in the phone with about said policy .

I had the best chicken burrito the other day, not all tortilla like most places. And the drive-thru cashier is always so nice. I wish I could get their names so I can properly praise them for a great job. The wait was a little long but worth it with hot food. Also another day I had the cantina chicken bowl, and man ol man that thing was Delicious 😋 🔥. It's on my way home now so I'll be able to taste and review lots of items 😁. Day off and taking the kids.

Food was cold order was wrong. It was almost like it was premade then sat for hours. Their has never been sour cream in a cheesy Gordita crunch and lets not forget the fact that their was barely any cheese. Kinda defeats the purpose of calling it a CHEESY Gordita Crunch!! Would i recommend again or to anyone NO.
