🥰 coffee place! 🚵♂️Cyclists friendly!
Such a cute coffee shop! We stopped by while we were in Madison, and we were hugely impressed by the menu, the service, AND the atmosphere. Definitely recommend!
Great coffee and atmosphere!
This place has a great look & feel. Very warm & inviting. Well decorated with lots to explore along their walls with really neat/cute tree & well installation pieces. A hidden gem if you're in the area.

This place was so cute and the coffee was absolutely amazing I also got a large blueberry muffin just be cautious though at this time they don't do tips on a credit card so take cash because they deserve every tip that they could get

Small coffee shop tucked away in Madison NC. A wide variety of coffees and teas, as well as muffins and pastries. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back!

Coffee was very good. The town of Madison was great. It was small and welcoming. They walked your coffee to you if you were looking at the unique items available for purchase in the Mad Bean.

This place would be an easy five star but the shoeless owners allow their free range shoeless children to run from front of house to back. One kid was using the entire space to do cartwheels for what seemed like 30 minutes. Another kid thought the space was a pow-wow and found everything under the roof to drum on and chant. Another kid, a toddler in diapers, kept playing with the chemical sprays, which were conveniently stored two feet above the floor on hooks by the register and not being monitored by the parents. Two more of the kids, who I am surprised to say may have had shoes on, kept running full speed up to me and staring at me at an uncomfortably close range. They would make harsh screams before running away. When these two kids weren't shrill screaming at me, they would find toys to bang on the table I was sitting at. Without the kids, this would have been an incredible atmosphere to relax, wind down and do some work – which is why I came. But I guess I got entertainment instead for no additional cost.

Loved the decor and the over all vibe of the place. Bought boba and she loaded up on the popping pearls without me even having to ask which was an automatic 5 stars for me.My mother bought the pumpkin spice latte and enjoyed it saying that the pumpkin was not overpowering. Over all a good spot and I will be back :).
