Been patronizing Tiano’s for almost 4 years. The food has always been fantastic and the service and customer service were okay. This past Sunday, we placed a to go order for a foot long Philly Cheese Steak and Chicken Parm Plate with spaghetti with extra cheese totaling $28. When we got it home, there was no pasta. I called and no one answered so I left a message. It was close to closing. I never heard back from them and called today and spoke with a woman, who I believe is the new owner. I explained what happened and was told a plate doesn’t come with pasta. I told her I asked for pasta and asked for pasta and the young man who took my order was having a difficult time taking the order and had to repeat it back to me several times. She said she was sorry but never offered to refund me for the pasta or even a credit towards my next order. I told her how she handled me as a customer was not acceptable and that she lost us as customers. She really didn’t seem to care. This is not about missing pasta, it’s about paying for something I didn’t get.

Tried to call ahead to put an order in. Nobody picked up. I understand if it’s busy but I would rather be put on hold. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Love the food, but I wish this would be fixed

I ordered a steak and cheese sub, fries and tea. The sub was very tasty and not greasy like some are. The fries were cooked to perfection. The tea was very good. The service was phenomenal!!! Great place! Great food!

Since Tianos has been sold the quality of the food and service has went down. The guy that was making the pizza wasn’t friendly at all. His shirt was appropriate for families with children. I did try it but I want be back. It’s not for me.

The food's not bad but not nearly as good as it was with the old owners for many many years. If you're hungry the food will do but if you're looking for the old tianos flavor thats gone. Slice of pizza seem very skimp steak and cheese sub seemed streamlined elect flavor. The food used to be cooked with love now it's just cooked.

We made TWO stops to Tiano's while visiting family in Madison this August. Erin and her team are just INCREDIBLE! The food is plentiful and delicious. We got a pizza, a stromboli, eggplant parm hero, spaghetti and more for our family gathering. There are options to please all the different tastes a big family wants to have for a family dinner. New owners are rude and the food was awful! After standing at the counter for a good bit we sat down to check out the menu and was never greeted. They had awful attitudes, my mother got a chicken Philly and it was the worst we’ve ever had. Hardly no chicken and tasted horrible. Hate the previous owners are gone.
I love tianos. This experience is from today only. I hate to leave a bad review for a restaurant that I've loved for years. But today I order a pizza it was great, but the parmesan they gave us was molded. We didn't notice till after putting it on our pizza. The waitress took it back and gave us a new parmesan, but what isn't right is they didn't offer to replace the food that was ruined. My daughter ate half of a piece before noticing mine had blue spots on my pizza slice. It isn't the money or the pizza that I'm upset about, it happens even to good restaurants, an honest mistske, but they didn't even seem to care that our food was ruined. Just bad business to sell food and not make it right if something like this happens. They apologized, but didn't make any effort to make the situation right.

I recently visited Tiano’s and unfortunately, my meal didn’t come out as ordered. However, Erin, the manager, went above and beyond to make things right. Her professionalism and kindness truly turned the experience around. Mistakes happen, but great customer service makes all the difference. Once the food was corrected it was absolutely delicious!!
