I love tianos. This experience is from today only. I hate to leave a bad review for a restaurant that I've loved for years. But today I order a pizza it was great, but the parmesan they gave us was molded. We didn't notice till after putting it on our pizza. The waitress took it back and gave us a new parmesan, but what isn't right is they didn't offer to replace the food that was ruined. My daughter ate half of a piece before noticing mine had blue spots on...
I recently visited Tiano’s and unfortunately, my meal didn’t come out as ordered. However, Erin, the manager, went above and beyond to make things right. Her professionalism and kindness truly turned the experience around. Mistakes happen, but great customer service makes all the difference. Once the food was corrected it was absolutely delicious!!
Don't make it out that way too often used to be really great not sure if it's under new ownership or what's going on but things have changed maybe they're just trying something new if so it's not working for you I promise go back to the way it was before
