(Maggie Valley) Beer is great but sadly gets over shadowed the food service. Time between burger and pizzas arrival was 45 minutes. Sad part is no-one was hardly there. Hate to see a busy day. 1 refill during our almost 2 hour lunch. Had to track a server down for our refill as well.
Will not be back unless management fixes this place. Very embarrassing to the brewery name..
Also the fresh burger smash burger. Was not fresh it was frozen and also was not a smash...read full review
The waitress we had was wonderful and the food was ok. What really got me was the pianist having a heart attack during our meal. what’s even worse is when I called to check if he was ok, the woman was super rude and hung up on me. My brother did CPR on him and the least they could do is let us know if he survived or not. Just shows the quality of their staff:( sadly disgusted and disappointed.
We went for lunch a couple of weeks ago from Canton. It’s the first time that we’ve been to the Maggie Valley location and I can’t say enough great things about it! We will definitely be back. Special shout out to the chef who made the amazing Pad Thai. I’ve been looking for authentic Pad Thai since I left the UK and moved to North Carolina. It was really fantastic! Beers, ambience and servers were amazing too!

BearWaters Brewing Company: Creekside is a must-visit spot! The staff is super friendly, and the food is spectacular. The beer is phenomenal, with completely original brewed drafts that are taste-bud stunning. Guests can enjoy a variety of options, including the A-Maize-ing taco, BLT flatbread pizza, and authentic Pad Thai. The seared scallops are outstanding and make any wait worthwhile. The atmosphere, enhanced by a live piano player and regular live piano music, is terrific. Located by a beautiful creek, it offers creek-side al fresco dining, perfect for a relaxing meal. While the prices for dishes like Pad Thai with chicken might be higher than typical Thai restaurants, the quality of the food and service makes it worth it. The open mic events are also highly praised, with talented performances that add to the welcoming environment. Highly recommended for those looking for a warm and enjoyable dining experience.
