We are over for spring break for our kids and we were starving the reviews said this was the place to go and I am so glad we went! The burgers were so delicious!! We are a family of 5 and we all got burgers and my daughter got a grilled cheese off the kids menu and our total was almost $80...well worth it!Thanks for a delicious dinner!

They need help, a busy place, not enough help. The girl taking orders at the counter was waiting tables also. She would take an order disappear into the kitchen and a few minutes later reappear with someone's order. Then return to collect your payment. The other waitress didn't take orders just worked the floor. Make sure you give these girls good tips they are working hard. My burger was good I had the brick house bourbon burger. Not spectacular but good. Mo had a pizza and she said it was great.

I have eaten at Brickhouse about 8-times in the past year. I am very impressed and pleased at their consistently excellent food quality, friendly and tentative service, menu choices and reasonable prices. I have had their pizza, burgers and teriyaki skillet with chicken (so good). I usually get the burger (double patties) with a side salad in lieu of fries (try not to eat fried food). Also their salad is always fresh, crisp-green, topped with bacon, cheese, banana chips and a slice of tomato...just enough for a perfect side salad! Also, great dressings! Awesome background music makes for a wonderful lunch! Probably the best real-beef burger I have had in many year! A solid 5-star rating.

Fun and easy stop for some decent grub. Service was great, and everyone enjoyed their food while watching some basketball on the tv. Interesting/unique building and kid friendly menu options.Around bound back is easiest option for parking.

My wife and I throughly enjoyed our experience here. I have celiac disease so finding this spot while vacationing in Waynesville was quite the blessing. I’m generally wary of most restaurants. Even here in Charleston they often misrepresent their offerings and protocols. Not the case here. As other reviews have stated, the ladies were extremely knowledgeable about allergens and their in house preparations.We arrived 30min before closing as we miscalculated our drive and were greeted with a line almost out the door. Not wanting to be a bother we checked with the staff before getting in line and instead of being treated like an inconvenience, we were joyfully welcomed. They even offered a free dessert for being the final customer as they appreciated our willingness to wait when it was truly us who were appreciative of them. Not one moment did a staff member sit idle. Balacing the line and a full house the ladies were extremely efficient and allocated their efforts evenly. We were seated and served in no time. Service was top quality from everyone involved and the food delicious. Proportions were hardy and pricing, at least in comparison, was a steal. Parking was a bit tricky but it’s a popular place so I can’t really find fault. We enjoyed it so much we ordered take out the next night before leaving town and they executed it just as well. If it existed here, it would be our go to place.

We’ve only gotten take-out from here but when we go in to pick up the staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is sooooo good. We’ve gotten pizza and my ultra picky and harshest food critic husband LOVED the burger. So, we will keep going back to get more delicious food.
The perfect place to eat after a full day of skiing. The burgers were absolute perfection. The Maui Wowie with blue cheese crumbles was divine. My kid had the smoky bacon burger and said it was "the best burger I've ever had in my life." The service was second to none - my server, Kenzie, was refilling drinks faster than we could drink them. If you're looking for a little slice of heaven in North Carolina, this place is it.

Quick start, this is the first review I have ever written because I feel like writing reviews is a waste of my time. (Legit no offense to people who do leave reviews, I'm an awful human) But I want people to know how good this place is because it's just that good. The food was amazing, the vibe of the joint was so aesthetically pleasing and the servers (we had Autumn primarily and she was just awesome) were kind, attentive and seemed to genuinely care about/enjoy working there. Go, don't go, I personally don't care. You're missing out if you skip over this place though
