Ordered the over priced pizzas to get a call they had run out of crust. We decided for ease of us not ordering somewhere else and staying local we would just go with their thin crust. The pizza was not good. The crust was worse.

We came into town pretty late after traveling all day and the other places in town were either closed or full and unaccommodating, but this place was so welcoming and the food was amazing! I got the seafood Alfredo and it was delicious. They were also super sweet to my kids, who also loved their kids meals.Kid-friendliness: Our two 6 year old kiddos loved the food and atmosphere. Decent kids meal choices.

We visited 3/16/24 about 6 ish my husband and I got the tour of Italy 10/10 ! the only thing I forgot to take a picture of was our soup and rolls ! but you absolutely can not go wrong with this hidden gem! Prices are fantastic! the flavors are so unique and fresh you can tell they use fresh ingredients! We loved this place enough that the nexts night on Sunday ( our last day in town we ordered pizza and cheese bread to go we wanted to relax at our rental before heading home but even that was 10/10 ! and they called to let me know my order was done sooner then what I was quoted! i loved that so my food was hot and fresh! ( we was only 5 ish minutes away from the restaurant the flavors definitely pack a punch! You must try the tour of Italy so you can have alittle of everything you won’t regret it ! So so happy we ran across this ! ( also wish I could have it over night shipped to me ? ) I can promise one this you’ll never step foot in a Olive Garden again after eating here ! and even being back home it puts our pizza shops to shame so thank you for such amazing food ! great hospitality, and very clean restaurant to enjoy. We will definitely be back ! ( low key trying to convince my husband to drive me 8 hours for more of the Alfredo ?)

This was a cool little Italian kitchen, hidden away in a line of gift shops. Ceilings were dressed up in faux grape vines with small wine bottle ornaments, was like hanging out in a secret courtyard at your friend's Italian Grandma's place. Staff were very friendly, the portions of food were extremely generous and well made. We had leftovers for 2 days. Bellissimo!

Had eaten here before and had the pizza. This time we got the tour of Italy and everything was great. Food was hot, fresh and we had enough to have another meal tomorrow left over. Server was very attentive and we talked with the owner after our meal explaining that we also ran a restaurant and that he was doing a great job. Try this small place out, you will not be disappointed. We will be back next time we are in Maggie valley.

The pizza was subpar and the sausages on my pizza were awful I had high hopes for a brick oven pizza but unfortunately I was disappointed maybe pizza isn’t there strong suit and the pastas are better and you’ll have better luck or a different opinion but I won’t be returning to find out I ordered mine to go so maybe in house it would have been better but I doubt it

Was our first time here. Aaron was our server and was very attentive to us the entire time. The food was really good. The Alfredo sauce is homemade and definitely worth it. We also got a pizza and it was really good. We will definitely be back.

Calzone was really good. The flavor and texture of the crust was exactly what I was looking for. The toppings, cheese, and sauce were generous but not overwhelming. The marinara sauce is full of flavors. Antipasto salad was more like a side salad but fresh with good toppings. Staff was pleasant and professional. Atmosphere - it's in a strip mall - otherwise comfortable. Easy access and parking right in front.

After a long day of skiing on the mountain, Cafe Italiano was just a stones throw away. They fed six of us with speed, friendliness and ease. Pictured is a tomato and basil medium thin crust pizza pie. You'll be glad you stopped in as well.
